Excellent service throughout - Patrick was extremely friendly and attentive, and we had a wonderful overall experience. Food was also as delicious as it was beautiful - we particularly enjoyed the salmon soba noodles (super refreshing and flavourful) and the pork tomahawk (so so tender). Would definitely come back, especially for a special occasion! We heard staff singing several birthday songs throughout the night ☺️Parking: Lots of free street parking in a quiet neighborhood
All of the above and more. The Infusion (Japanese Korean, Italian, French etc.) cuisine is out of this world and equivalent to Michelin Star quality. The cocktails and desserts are to due for treats! I love the family style of dining! Implacable pleasant happy staff add a welcoming serene atmosphere ?
Our first visit to Land and Sea was spectacular. The food was amazing and our server was very attentive. Each dish we tried, I would highly recommend but the crab ravioli was a favorite. We will be sure to come back during our next visit to Vancouver!
Patrick took such good care of us - his presence was warm and professional from start to finish.Honestly, try every single dish! You can't go wrong!!If I had to pick, try the Ora King Salmon Soba, it's the most popular dish for a good reason. Expect that melt in your mouth experience with a very yummy charred umami taste!The atmosphere is wonderful. The servers are so kind and amazing.I rarely say this, but seriously, 10/10

A large group of us (9 adults and one child) had dinner at Land & Sea for the first time last night and it was incredible. The service was fantastic and the food was unbelievable. Our server Emily checked in on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and helped explain every dish that came out. The food was fantastic though. The risotto was excellent, and I really enjoyed the salmon tartare and salmon soba. The duck was definitely my favourite it was so delicious!Our bartender was also lovely! They make a great old fashioned. The whole ambiance and design of the restaurant is really nice and very well done, I can’t wait to come back.
Last minute reservation available online which was a plus. Ordered the salmon, duck and risotto. All dishes were extremely flavourful with the risotto being slightly saltier than my preferred taste. I thought the pricing was fair and comparable to similar restaurants. Our server was Patrick and he was very lively and attentive! 5 stars to you Patrick!! Will be coming back for sure.
It was difficult to obtain a reservation at Land & Sea Restaurant, but after an extended period of time and attempts was able too. On arrival, the establishment was extremely loud to the extent of unpleasantness with children crying abound and not the most comfortable of settings. Needless to say, we were ready to depart before the onset of dining, and how unfortunate that would have been. The menu is designed for sharing and our family took the liberty of sampling a large selection, and were not only not disappointed to say the least, but more than pleasantly surprised. The cuisine was utterly exceptional with each and every sampled dish being brilliantly prepared, extraordinary and incomparable. The chef serves up some of the most creative and delicious dishes available in the City. Unfortunately, both the servicing and seating leave something to be desired and detract from the culinary experience. With that said, the writer will decidedly return for many more engagements to enjoy this truly excellent fare. Kudos to the culinary genius behind this establishment!
Limited menu, their Wagyu is overpriced ($80,00) for literally six small pieces of meat that come alone in a big plate, the rest has to be ordered a la carte. We went there with another couple and we all agreed that it was a very disappointing experience and will never comeback.
I went here for the first time on a Saturday evening. 5pm reservation. Follow-up was great as they e-mailed, called and texted to confirm. Also asked if there was a special occasion which was nice.We had their cocktails, a variety of appetizers and mains. Each and every item was delicious.The ambiance was very lovely, the lighting was perfect, the space was well done. The open kitchen was nice and being able to see the kitchen staff work was very cool.We went as a group of 4. I would also recommend this restaurant as a good date spot as I saw lots of couples.Overall a great place to come for great food and drinks.
