Average ramen. The amount broth was less than what I expected. A bit salty for my taste and pales in comparison to Jinya for the price.
I had the Italian based ramen when I visited for dine in. The broth was incredible. It made me feel awake. However for the price, I found the quantity of food to be quite low as I was still VERY hungry afterward. The service was great as well and accommodated seating for us. Overall decent experience, however If food quantity can be increased it would be very much appreciated!
First time having butter corn miso ramen. It was tasty but pretty heavy as far as ramen goes. The Karaage breading was too flaky for my liking, but chicken inside was juicy. Staff was friendly and price was acceptable. Maybe save this one for a very cold day.
I've been here before and there were a few things that were disappointing this time last time I visited. Firstly, the l waitress didn't ask to check my vaccination proof before I sat down (I had it opened already and she just glanced at it when I offered it without scanning or asking for ID). After getting my food, she checked on me to make sure the food was okay and dropped off the bill at the same time, while this may be common practice at some restaurants, this was the first time I had this happen here. It almost felt like she wanted me out. Lastly, the final price I was charged was $1 more on the bill than the menu. I understand, costs are going up but at least update your menu so that guests are aware.
Since other ramen places were in lineup, I gave this place a try. There is only one waiter which is not uncommon during pandemic. But this place is so poor organized that I had waited for so long to get my first bite. I was sat next to a window that is leaking wind and water... but no one can help me changing a table, so, after waiting for a while, I just moved myself. The ramen was okay, like the soup is good but the chasu was dry. And the meat is less than half size as the photo on the menu. :(The egg was over cooked and dry. If you love old-style ramen like I do, you might agree that the soft-boiled egg is the cheery on the cake!!!My sake was severed almost at the end of my meal.Overall, the experience was so-so, and the ramen is just average.
Came here when Ramen Danbo's line was too long. Broth wasn't very hot. Flavour was lacking. Too many onions. Overall. Not great.
I went with my friend today and I ordered the chicken curry because they only had one ramen dish available despite being a ramen store. The dish was literally 3/4 curry sauce that was saltier than the floor outside after snowing. The sauce was also so condensed it was the texture of toothpaste. The chicken was also really dry. I’m not a person to ever leave a bad review or say anything about the food to the waitress but this experience was kind of traumatizing. I had to force myself to have something because I didn’t eat the whole day but it was so… unnaturally flavoured that it stung my throat eating it. I’m thankful for the food but I’m not sure if I could tip or come back.
Increíble sabor y muy buena atención
Probably my favourite ramen place I've tried so far I Vancouver! The noodles are so good and al dente and the meat is so flavourful!
Spicy ramen was outstanding. Others less so. Tight space but overall a decent experience. Servers were a bit overwhelmed it seemed. We went at 2:30. They closed at 3pm. Almost turned us away. A bit hot and stuffy in there. I would recommend.
