First time trying broth-less ramen. It was a delicious surprise! Once you mix it with the egg the flavours just blend well- a little vinegar and spice works for me. You get free small portion rice to eat with remaining sauce and wow a good end to the meal! Have the Orion Draft beer it goes well with it!

Words do not express how much i loved this mazesoba! You must get into your vehicle, onto your bike, atop your skateboard, up onto your legs, or however you like to journey, and get here now. The restaurant is conveniently placed where roads and trains converge so you have literally no excuse. The soba was flavorful, full of depth and you have the option to tailor the taste with a bit of vinegar and red pepper flakes. Mixing all of the ingredients together, including the runny egg leads to a beautifully thick sauce that coats the freshly made noodles. Every bite was worth savoring until the final noodle. At the end, you are presented with a scoop of white rice so that every bit will not be wasted. Mix this in and make sure to finish strong. We also grabbed a cheesecake which was nice but we came here for the noods.

i really enjoy the tomato tonkotsu broth— it’s very creamy and the taste of tomato is well-balanced. however, i feel like over the years their pork belly has decreased in quality (much thinner slices). it’s a good idea to add an extra ramen egg, it is marinated very well. i still really like this place and will return!

We wanted to enjoy a relaxing hotel evening with our toddler so ordered from this restaurant via the SkipTheDishes app. We enjoyed two Komodo ramen creamy tonkotsu bowls, ebi mayo and calamari. Thoughtfully packaged noodle soups so all the ingredients would not get soft and soggy during delivery. It was exactly what we needed after a long day out sightseeing. Well done!

After a long cold day in Grouse Mountain we were craving noodles and randomly found this restaurant on Google Maps since it is close to Canada Place where the shuttles drop you off. Service was fantastic! The Ninja Dumplings were crunchy and a little spicy for me, but good. The Kokoro Tonkotsu ramen was on par to ones we’ve eaten on Oahu, except for the chashu, which was thin and a little chewier rather than fatty and soft (what we’re used to). It was our first time eating mazesoba and we were delightfully surprised. The flavors were good, but it was light. You could taste the freshness and you could tell it was healthy (probably no MSG). The Fuji Cheese Cup with an Oreo-like crust on the bottom was very light, airy, and not sweet at all. The best part of the meal was the Hokkaido Creme Cone. It tasted like a McDonald’s Vanilla Soft Serve, but 10x better! The cone tasted like a Yokumoku Cigare Cookie and it was amazing!! We also ordered a Chashu Bowl and Minced Pork Bowl (not pictured) to go. They were both yummy and tasted great for breakfast the next day. We were missing Japan and this was a great spot to fill that little void.

Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba offers such a unique dining experience that everyone needs to try at least once.Their menu is extensive and features a wide array of choices. My personal favorite is the Chicken Karrage. The service is great, and if you're a first timer the service people are exceptionally friendly and just want to help.Their is a bathroom if needed.Menu pricing is great too.I would only suggest you transit here if you're coming, take the skytrain to Granville station. Parking I didn't trust.I do highly recommend this place for a quick bit for a night out!

I'm reading other people's reviews and genuinely can't believe anybody has had a less than 4 star review of this place.I am not from Vancouver. The meal my friends and I got here was my favourite meal I have eaten in my life.

Was getting ice cream take out, was just going in the store to check if there is a separate line for take out since there’s a sign to order take out separately. Than got yelled at by the staff to go back out. I tried to explain I was just trying to order takeout but he was yelling in my face to go back outside. If you can’t order take out, than don’t have a sign there to indicate order take out, even if customer went in no need to yell at them. But the ice cream was very tasty

ask for rice at the end to mop up the sauce!

Bright friendly varied Japanese menu with soba and ramen noodle dishes, vegan options. Delicious ice cream cones delightfully presented. Warm and attentive service. Setting is casual but food outstanding.
