Made an online pick up order through DoorDash, after accidentally cancelling and NOT receiving a refund. I tried calling several times to let them know I was still on my way, but they only answered the phone to hang up again, I arrived not 10 minutes after the order was placed and I explained my situation to a girl with a really bad temper, who said “This isn’t my problem, I can’t make you more food and the one you ordered we already threw it in the trash” and told me to get my problem solved with DoorDash, which I did but wouldn’t have had to if they had just picked up the phone when I called
Another franchise done wrong they treat you like they are doing you a favour giving you what you ask for. Nothing is fresh nothing is fast and nothing is friendly. It's take what they give you and get out or just get out
doesnt deserve to even have 1 star. placed an order for delivery and waited for 2 hours. Called in the restaurant and was told that they made a mistake without elaborating what has actually happened. I'm suspecting they just forgot my order. was asked to wait for another 15 min but order still did not arrive on time. not to mention, this incident has happened more than 3x already in a span of 5 months.
Every time I order spicy chicken from this location I only get original. Yet I see other people got Spicy from this location. Why don't we ever get our spicy chicken like we order???
Yum but tummy ache. Kentucky scorcher not spicy tho, good place to play badminton too except the electrical fence :)
ordered at 710pm waited till 840pm and no delivered products on my front door, called them at 840pm and then whoever answered it said we had a glitch on our system ??

It was quite disappointing. It is sad when the best part of a fried chicken penne is their potato salad. The only think that was licking my fingers was the napkin because it was not "finger licking good"
This is the second Time I have had KFC in 3 years the last time was disgusting, it tasted like it was cooked in old burned oil and it was soggy (night street location off uber eats, that day there was some promotion going on and a line up around the block to get orders and food. So tonight I figured hey maybe it's a one off thing, ill give it another chance. Tonight I got a feast bucket, where the tenders, popcorn chicken, fries gravy and biscuits were what were expected for quality and flavour, but the 10 whatever piece bucket.. DISGUSTING inedible and it doesn't taste like KFC chicken to me taste burnt and gross, for one thing I think they gave me spicy when I ordered original (end of the night chicken places always make to much spicy even though they never sell it out). Beyond the possible flavour being wrong it also had the burnt oil taste and it was extremely soggy, it was so gross I almost threw up in my mouth after my first bite. I am going to have to throw the whole bucket out and its a disgusting waste. I am someone who eats almost everything and is happy about it the only two things I have a distaste for but will eat are cilantro and celery.This KFC is HORRIBLE, if you want soggy burnt tasting chicken eat here!!!
