The colonels best. Breading on the chicken burger was crunchy and delightful. This location was very convenient and the service was fast and friendly.
Ordered a bucket combo at 6:45pm today, May 13. ETA was set at 40 mins after ordering so 7:25pm. At 7:30pm we called the local KFC store to follow up the order. The person who responded just confirmed the order and we were told it was on the way. The KFC store is about 5 minutes to our place. Half an hour later, the delivery person called. We live in an apartment so we buzzed him in. Another 5 minutes passed, he called again asking us to come down and get the food. We asked him to come deliver the food and buzzed him again. Another 5 minutes passed and still has not heard from the delivery person. I went down our building and found our food on the ground outside of the building! We can get pass the delay in service (maybe it was busy since it’s a Friday night) but it’s really BAD service to leave the food outside, on the ground and not have a proper handover with the customer. PLEASE DO BETTER.
so many disappointing orders from this location, just not worth it any more.missed items, late orders even worse..order not even showing up. there is no care from this place at all in terms of customer service.

Theres better food downtown for cheaper. Plus the way this company treats their chickens is inhumane. They’re always sick, piled on top of each other and rotting alive, then they feed it to us, no wonder people always get food poisoning.
Annie the supervisor is amazing. Please promote her! She is truly an asset to this business! Absolutely great service! Wonderful work ethic and attitude! Can’t believe the service I received at this store because of her! Absolutely amazing!
I know it’s fast food, but come on. The service is ridiculous. They take so many mobile orders that they’ll keep you waiting 15 minutes and only then mention it’s going to be “another 10” minutes. This is after I couldn’t get my first choice, Zinger, because they have no spicy mayo. I would’ve just left instead of getting something different if they had told me how ridiculously long it was going ti take. They’ve also got 2 delivery people waiting for their orders and one guy is practically in tears. The manager (tall dark lady) just keeps shrugging and telling him another couple minutes. Won’t come back. The chicken is already the worst here at this location, the service just makes it awful.
I tried the new Kentucky Scorcher. I got it without pickle which means they'd have to make it special. Despite eating it in the restaurant right away after I got it it wasn't nearly hot enough in temperature. It was barely above room temperature. Other than that the sandwich was pretty good although at over $9.00 for just the sandwich (no combo) it should be. It did come with a small container of milk though -supposedly to cool our mouths down from all the supposed spiciness of the Scorcher. Not neccessary though since it wasn't very spicy. So it's more of a marketing ploy.
Very bad attention, I was served 4 pieces of chicken fries and coles law in this little side bag, everything was mixed in the box. The food was good.
Chicken taste perfect however it was over fried, look darker and inside dry. Plant based sandwich taste like chicken and good quality. Fries was not hot . Restaurant was clean and good customer service.
