This is honestly one of my new favorite spots in BC. They have an amazing selection of healthy food which can suit Keto, Paleo, and Vegan diets.I got the cassava crust pizza with lamb and tapioca cheese and it was brilliant!The staff was also super friendly and answered all my questions and helped me pick what I wanted. They also make low carb, gluten free, no sugar.Finally, their prices are very reasonable, specially for the quality of their food.Definitely coming back here many times

I was the producer of a student short film and ordered catering services from Keto Caveman Café, based on word by mouth of a an elder student. Despite the hectic production and I was unable to capture a picture of our food (Burritos, Lasagna, Butter Chicken), the meals were amazing and substantial. (Was even given a free dessert on the last day!) The person who I was in contact with, Eliza, was kind and supportive in my three days as a first-time producer and even composer: she was communicative and talking with her on the phone over catering management was effective and also allows me to destress. If that's not amazing customer service I wouldn't know what is. Keep rocking hard y'all! You guys are troopers?
If you're on a low carb or keto diet you will really appreciate this place. They offer dishes that are already keto friendly so you don't have to make a bunch of substitutions to your dish. We ordered the lamb and beef burrito, lamb and beef Shepard's pie, and the baklava (all keto renditions). I say 'rendition' because the shepherd's pie wasn't like your known Shepard's pie but it was a great alternative for a keto version. Food is tasty and the portions are very filling. The staff was also kind and helpful. Pay parking on the street is close by. There are booths and tables inside, clean environment. I would definitely come back to try more items on the menu.
Oh my god! The food is tasty! Might not be the healthiest choice for Keto, but fills that void and minimizes the cravings! Will be returning for sure! (Just not a fan of the location, as crack heads are everywhere, so watch your valuables!) Suggestion: Open a location in New Westminster ? Just sayin'
Love Caveman Cafe! Now that I’m back on my colitis diet (SCD) I can barely go to any restaurants so caveman is a bright light of shining hope. Such amazing fresh delicious food at great prices. I had the Keto platter with prime rib on a bed of cauliflower rice. The cauli rice is absolutely delicious with lots of spices, I would almost put it in a curry realm. The meat was juicy and tender. There are so many sauce options to choose from, I got the garlic jalapeño this time and my mom got pomegranate, which was nice on the salad.Thank you Caveman cafe for being such a delicious healthy and affordable option. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to treat their body well and enjoy doing it. :)
A little pricey but good options, perfect for those sugar craves when you can't eat it. If they add sandwiches to the menu would be awesome. Service is nice and very helpful.
When I first saw this place I couldn’t believe they had so many healthy and vegetarian/vegan options. Because when you read keto the first thing to come to your mind is meat, right? Well! You can order any kind of meal in a veggie/vegan style in this place. I really recommend tofu tandoori platter feast or burrito. Keto veggie lasagna is one of my favourite too. Salmon burger, keto lox sandwich for a pescatarian day and talking about desserts, just the best! Super healthy and ridiculously delicious! Donuts, brownies and chocolate cupcakes are my favourites, but I have tried everything and they are all good.Another thing I love about this place, is that there is always an option for people with any kind of allergies. All the desserts are gluten free, and most of them are also sugar free. They have some nut free desserts and vegan too. The same as bread, pizza crusts and wraps. Isn’t that great?They also have the option to order a whole cake for your special occasions, and with any specifications you might have. For the last two years I ordered my birthday cakes with them and they were just unreal ✨?
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Good food at a good price, friendly staff and a large menu, and inclusive. You’ll see suits and hobos enjoying the fare. However, the quality has dipped a little bit over the years. The cassava crust pizza is extraordinary, (I’ve easily had over 100 in the past 4 years) but if they don’t have garlic in stock it just doesn’t hit the same. The burrito will fill you up, if you can finish it! I just wish they still had tasty beverages.
Decided to try this place out since the food court was closed by 8PM and I had an appointment at 8:30 and this place didn't disappoint! I had the salad with rice and rib steak, portions were generous, price was very reasonable (15$ with tip I think), and it was delicious. The girl at the cash was amazingly nice as well. A+!
