I always have really mixed feelings when visiting Jugo Juice and unfortunately they lack consistent good service and yummy smoothies depending on the branch you visit.I decided to try the Jugo Classico.. the server seemed OK. However, I noticed he put fresh fruit in the blender and instead of serving me that, gave me a cup of juice from a carton blended on ice. As expected, tasted super gross and way too sugary/sweet.A real shame as I do like Jugo and had pleasant experiences at their other joints.
Worst customer service and cheap policies and scam. I wanted a small peanut butter and chocolate, they said that they were sold out…I asked what ingredients they were sold out of? They said yogurt, so I said I’ll have it without the yogurt then. Then they said no and told me I had to get a large size as they have all the ingredients for a large… which doesn’t make sense. If you have all the ingredients for a large why don’t you just use half of it for a small? Then she told me, if I did that I would have to pay for a large…. Does not make sense….. scam.

Customer service is bad But the girl working this afternoon (short, girls ) was the most unpleasant person with an extreme lack of customer service skills. But I will never go there today Also, the fruit juice machine was not clean
Shoddy paper straw didn’t last a whole smoothie. 5 star smoothie but what’s it worth if you can’t finish it - especially frustrating while enjoying it!
