It is understandable the line-up and waiting time before you reach the till and received your order. There are things that I observed in this fast food.1. A combination of order for pasta and chicken requesting for preferred part of the chicken is not allowed that’s what “Jason” said and confirmed twice. The till guy told that its a random part, while when received the order it was the same part of the chicken as shown in the picture which I don’t normally eat. I was asked the staff to order at the till because there’s only one staff who’s getting the advanced order in the line-up designated area.2. Since the line-up and waiting time is understandable you can see that there are about 3-4 staff just standing waiting for the prepared food to come out while the tall big manager guy not wearing the proper mask were walking around and standing.3. I observed that the staff were touching their face and even touching there co-staff’s shoulders, clothes and etc. I just wondering the food safe and covid is still around.4. When you finally reach to get the order and ask for cutlery the staff got it from her hands to untidy open container touching the back of the spoon and tine of the fork.Comparing the scenario where the line-up reached the outside street, was more way better rather than yesterday. After experiencing these, you think we’re still coming to this branch since there’s another branches are going to open? Maybe? we’ve waited to your store to open for long why not waiting for other store to open.

The two stars are for the waiting system they have in place. Very well organized. Sadly my food was barely warm which is kind of surprising for a place with 20+ employees. I’ll try again at a different location cause I’m sure the chicken is good when it’s actually hot. Fries could have been cooked longer as well ??

I ordered chicken bucket with fries and peach pie.The order line up was okay but I don’t understand why I have to line up again to pick up the food as long they give us a vibrating device to let you know that your food is ready! The fries quality was not the bestThe fried chicken has a weird taste. The pie was very good! Not the best place honestly! The location is so tough to find a parking for your car.Not highly recommended!

Finally the taste of home. Loved the chicken and palabok! The gravy is a little less tasty than the ones sold in the Philippines but hey still the gravy I crave for. Good thing the lineup now is not that long anymore.

Same great chicken and palabok. Very accommodating staff. Only for to-go orders, no dine in (no tables and chairs) as of writing of this review. You must request a spoon and fork and tissue if you plan to eat it outside (they don't give spoon/fork/tissue) automatically (or maybe they forgot for some orders)It can get very busy and waiting time to from queue to getting your order is at least an hour (as per experience) but worth it as Iam craving for jollibee in the past 4 months.

No dine in option in Granville location. I went there twice, few days after the opening, and another after a few months. If you go on weekends, you might find a line outside, but when i went on weekdays, there is a short line inside of the resto. Personally, the chicken is not the same as the taste in Ph, it is crunchy, and a little bit similar but there is still lacking. Gravy is on point, spaghetti and burger steak and peach mango pie, the same as what it is in Ph. I miss the jolly hotdog though. I hope they can bring the same authentic taste of chicken just like in the Philippines

Really disappointed!! We’ve been waiting for a long time since grand opening to have a chance trying the fried chicken and the famous spaghetti. Unfortunately, we ordered 2 chicken combos and a spaghetti combo, but we didn’t get what we bought. First, the guy who took our ordered didn’t include the drinks in the bill for us. Second, the lady who gave us the package were so careless and kinda rude when we asked about the drinks we missed. Lastly, because we cannot dine-in, it was too late to complain if they missed any items. And we realized that we didn’t get the spaghetti combo that costs $9.19. Tastes are just so so, not worth the waiting time.I was so excited to try the ‘legend’ Jollibee’s spaghetti that I’d already paid for and got nothing. We should’ve not expected too much and got the worst and terrible experience and customer services like that! Won’t be back again.

Weeks after their grand openong I finally was able to visit this Filipino favorite. The firat time I ever had Jollibees was in the Philippines so I walked in a skeptic that it would be the same. Well done Jollibees just like the original! I was pleasantly surprised and gratefully so. They have a great system as they have staff who take your order while you wait in line so that by the time you get to the cash desk there is a minimal wait time. Fantastic!! A HUGE high five for the food and for the overall dinning experience!! Mabuhay????

Line ups have calmed down, so we finally decided to go try out Jollibee. I have to start by saying that the staff are remarkabley organized. They have the system down pat to keep wait times to a minimum. We had the pineapple juice, it was delicious, the cheese yum burger and as simple as it was it was very tasty. I had the two piece chicken half spicy half not with rice and gravy. The chicken was perfect! Crunchy, juicy and the spicy one had a good heat to it. I was a bit let down by the gravy, definitely not my favourite. Despite that I loved everthing else and can not wait to go back and try other things.

Definitely hit the nostalgia spot. Line was still around 1hr when we went here the week of Easter but, it's getting better. For us it was worth the cravings. We had pretty much everything on the menu apart from the yum burger. The burger steak is definitely the fav on the menu. The sauce and pieces of mushroom makes this item awesome. My sister enjoyed their spaghetti and palabok very much. The chicken was still crispy when we got home.Pineapple drink for the win. Will quench your thirst and matches so well with the other menu items.
