After sitting there for a 1/2 hour thankfully another server noticed we hadn’t been helped and came over to take our drink order and later our food order. Not sure what happened to our server.

Visiting from the Yukon…always a go to for the lettuce wraps when we are in Vancouver! Server was awesome despite hurting herself earlier in the day!

We had reservations and I requested a "nice table on the patio". We got to the restaurant and were told that the patio was first come, first served - and that they were running a 30 minute wait for outside seating. So, we ate inside. It was an OK table, but in the bar and very noisy. Our server was excellent and made up for some of the disappointment about the table location. Overall, it was a very good meal, but outside seating would've made it even better.

We were well looked after and enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Very happenin' place where hip people go to be seen. Beautiful large resto with outdoor patio facing busy street, slick, dark interiors with cool chandelier lighting, large lounge area, magnificent wall of wine racks, big tv monitors, huge wall-sized windows. Excellent service: polite and timely with beautifully-presented food. Reasonably-priced. Recommend reservations as it was really busy during dinner time but we were lucky to get seated. Great for meeting up with friends and loud family, afternoon business lunches, groups, etc.

Service was excellent but we were a bit disappointed in the menu. Crispy chicken sandwich appeared to be a bit over-cooked.

Came here for a midnight snack on an extremely busy night, due to the Celebration of Light nearby. Had to wait 25 mins for a table but there’s lots of seating outdoors if you want to stay in the area. My friends and I were exhausted but even at 1am the staff are incredibly lively, attentive, and kind. Food is also delicious with lots to choose from on the menu!!

This was the only place we could get a reservation for 11 people on short notice. They were able to give us side-by-side booths. Service was great and the food satisfactory. Will be sure to go back.

Food was decent, but service was poor. On a Saturday evening at 6:30 pm, they sat us outside and told us we could only have the two person table for two hours. Then they proceeded to pretty much ignore us. We had to ask to order, ask for silverware, and ask for soy sauce. Twice they brought our table other people's orders. Not very polished. The outside tables were more than half empty when we left too.

Loved everything about this restaurant, the food, drinks and lovely staff, especially our waiter Daniel, would definitely recommend Joey on Burrard.
