It still tastes good, but they no longer let you build your own as you go. Not sure if you need to specify it all before you pay or you can't build your own anymore at all.Used to be our favourite place to eat on campus, now given some of the options we don't like being forced on us, I doubt we will eat here again. :(
This place was vastly more efficient when they made use of the "assembly line" system like you would find at (for example) a Chipotle. You can get more customer volume through in much less time. It works perfectly well for a place like this. I don't know why they ditched that system, but ever since they did, the quality has slid noticeably downhill.
First time ordering here. Had a conversation with the host when I ordered. Apparently they don't do the Vegan platter like the other stores. I was told I could order a Falafel Mezze instead. Explained to me that it would consist of Falafel, Salad, optional Hummus etc.This is what I received in the bag. Failed to check the bag before leaving as I didn't have long for my lunch break.Big mistake. Imagine calling this a Mezze. It's just falafel and hummus.Not impressed.
Third time lucky- have tried to come here several times and the wait seems to be insane. Going for a later lunch was perfect as the place was quiet and we were rewarded with some of the best falofel I have ever tasted! So tasty!!!
I got the tawook wrap and it was fantastic. The chicken was juicy and tender, ingredients were fresh, and the sauces were great. Person working the front was super friendly too, I’d highly recommend!!
This location use to be great. After the new system went into place and the workers changed everything has gone downhill. Their portions use to be alot larger as well, I understand that the prices have gone up but sometimes the staff aren't even filling the bowls up, left with tons of space.It takes forever to get your food as well sometimes, as others have mentioned. I use to be able to order half and half and now with this new menu everything is set in stone. From a 4 star to a 3 star for me, hopefully the owners can read all the feedback people are providing and make this location great again.
This is my go to for a fresh and filling lunch! The falafel bowl is amazing, but I also love the makali (cauliflower) and chicken are also great choices.
I recommend this food to everyone (so good), however, this the third time I have ordered online, and my food is not ready. They need to have a system where food that is paid for is sitting on the counter in a specific spot. There's such huge lines and it's ridiculous to go through the process of pre-ordering if it's not ready, I have waited now for over 15 min past the order, and still am not close to the front of the lineup crowd. There's no organization.
The food taste good. And it relatively healthy being kinda fast food.Staff are always nice.The price a bit high.Drink options should change. They don't have coke or diet coke and only have some "healthy" drink which is not healthy. There is a cola with 26 grams of sugar
We ordered three entrées but when we got home we found that they had excluded one of the larger entrées. They were closed, so we were stuck with too little food (even though we had been charged the full amount). When we went in today and told them what had happened, all they did was provide the missing entrée.If they had refunded the full amount of the original purchase and provided the missing entrée for free, this review would look and sound a lot different! The only reason I'm not giving one star is due to our previous good experiences.
