It was such a gem place. Hippy style food and service. Its very conveniently located right on the corner . When you enter , Pleasant and casual atmosphere coupled with rejoicing music welcomes you. Delicious and healthier versions of comfort food is available. From the menu, Platter is a must try as you can pick and choose your three starters/appetizers. Plenty of options for vegetarians and meat items like the lamb and kebab is super healthy and delicious at the same time.I could not try a-lot of drinks but a unique non-alcoholic drink that is local is labenon is really good. Baklava was little hard and less sweet for a desert.

Our meal at January was so good that we were both dying to go again 2 days later. The hummous trio is excellent and the falafels are some of the best I've had. I love when I leave a meal feeling well fed but not heavy at all. Fresh healthy food.I look forward to returning again!

Their lamb dish with rice was a very tasty snack. Nicely done lamb which was crispy on the outside and came off the bone easily. The almond flakes and raisins were surprisingly good with the soft rice. Not too filling but works for a light lunch. The fried cauliflowers are also bomb and a must try.

My partner and I were very impressed with our experience at Jamjar! We had the Malaki & the Vegan Sampler. The fried cauliflower and falafel stole the show! The roasted red pepper hummus complimented everything well. The atmosphere was fabulous. Full table-service would have made this a five-star review. We will be back!

Amazing Lebanese place! The food is fresh, flavourful, and the spices hit all the authentic notes. And to top it all off - the prices are surprisingly low for such high quality. Some things (like the Lebanese “toast”) are cheap even by middle eastern standards. Everything I’ve tried so far was amazing, so it’s hard to recommend anything in particular. But if I had to choose - the cauliflower is in a league of it’s own. Best I’ve had in all of North America.

Went for dinner And the food was good (especially the appetizer dips) but the service was unfortunately not great. We were at our table for close to an hour before getting any food.I have been before when the food and service were good though, so maybe a one off but I don’t expect to be returning any time soon.

Interesting food options, like tapas but Mediterranean style. I liked the chicken and the fried halloumi cheese.

Came in on a whim while walking around and it was amazing! We had the eggs Benny with a Lebanese twist and was pleasantly surprised. They used fried felafel instead of English muffin and it’s very filling. I strongly recommend the fried halloumi eggs Benny and the Lebanese coffee. They can get pretty busy but it left a very good first impression on me. If you want to try some classic dishes with a Lebanese twist, this is the place!
