A bit pricey for what was offered. The okra shrimp dish was decent. But very oily as leftover.They had a nice parking lot patio.The food was not tasty overall. We ordered 5 dishes and only one of them I thought was OK.
Went here for dim sum on a Sunday. There were several flies buzzing in the middle of the restaurant. Food is over-rated. Rice rolls were overly sticky. Washroom was fairly clean but also used for storage. We left feeling a little nauseous from all the flies. Don't know why people rate this place so highly.
$8.99 for 2 spring rolls cut in half. I was told there were 3 rolls per order. Pretty brutal.
Bought a set meal with crab, spareribs, fish, soup, fried rice and vegetables. Nothing was good. Couldn't eat the soup. Don't waste your money
Food not good, service not good, wait on the food not good. If you value your stomach don't order the Halibut. A plate full of bones!
Fair price, lots of seating areas, kind and fast service! We didn’t feel rushed with the menu. They ensured our tea was always filled. I really liked how they have all their dishes printed and posted along the walls because it’s helpful to see all their dishes! While your looking at the menu itself you also find yourself looking around the room for the photo! It also has the prices listed on the photos.I had the wonton noodle for $13. There was enough wonton and just enough noodles. The broth was just right - not too salty. There’s confinements on the side if you want to enhance the flavour. I also ordered some lo mein with beef. Good enough for one person and it came with a side soup which had a similar taste to my wonton soup. Will return to try other dishes!
Wow! What a great accidental find. Nothing pretentious about this place, just great food and wonderful owner. Tried about 7 different dishes and they rivaled the best Chinese restaurants I have visited around the world. The green beans were a true stand out. Wish my hotel would recommend this place a,d I will definitely go out of ,y way to return here!
I was solo dad on a Friday night so I made an order online for delivery at 4:30pm (kids usually eat at 5:30). An hour later and no food so I called. The man who answered just said "okay I'll get done fast". When I said I ordered at an hour ago, the response was "The food had not been cooked yet because the online system was not functioning properly".I understand that online systems aren't perfect but he didn't seem at all concerned about the error. Nor did he give me a timeline for when to expect my food. Maybe an update online that the system is down would be in order?If you want take out or delivery my advice is to call.
We ordered takeaway from this place a few weeks back. The food is decent and okay. We ordered the sweet and sour and the portion size was good but I felt that the food could of been better.I remember a few years back this place was fire, it was good and tasted great. Perhaps this was just an off day for the business, in any case, I’d order again in the near future!
Came here after concert. Great place eat after rocking to some Bonobo, wish George and Colin came. I wonder where they are? Regardless great food and good times.
