Hands-down, the best place for Indian chaat and North Indian food in downtown. We’ve tried everything in downtown, incl Vij’s and Tasty Indian Bistro: Indus trumps everything else in terms of taste!Decor and seating is average, but the food is great

I never usually not leave any reviews, but I thought I would leave for this one as it might help others before ordering. I saw couple of good reviews here and thought about ordering and ordered 2 biriyanis yesterday and one main instruction what I have was to keep it MILD. Instead of taking my instructions I got 2 biriyanis to be super spicy and I can’t eat it at all and I end throwing.Biriyani is not about making it spicy there are other mix of spices that will taste it good. This I was only able to taste chilly powder. I previously tried biriyanis from some other restaurants like Bombay grill and they are pretty good and follow instructions. If you can’t follow instructions please don’t take order. It’s a request , and will help others in future. I don’t want any refund but never do this.

So. I really should have taken more photos but I failed in that department this time around. Once our first dish came out and I took a bite I literally completely forgot to keep taking pictures. We ordered the Malai paneer Tika, garlic naan, tandoori roti, Shahi paneer, and Galab jamun. Everything we had was absolutely spectacular. If you find yourself in the general vicinity of this place, do yourself a service and come eat here. You will not regret it and you will leave very happy and full. If I could give this place 20 stars I would.

Indus Grill and Bar reminds me of authentic fast food of India. I remember I was craving for Samosas and I found this place in Vancouver Downtown. The Samosas were very tasty. The quantity do full justice to its price.Other than this I also ordered Sev Puri and it was delicious. It was worth trying and I encourage you too to try.For more foody posts, FOLLOW ?INSTAGRAM: @thatfoodyfellow

Got the butter chicken w garlic and butter naan and it was delicious. On top of that the drink was literally so good and prices were reasonable. I got the bengal tiger cocktail and my body left my soul and entered another real of existence, pretty reasonable price too.

I ordered the butter chicken, rice, and garlic naan like your basic local. The food was scrumpdillyicious and perfect in terms of spiciness. I also ordered the raspberry smash and it was to die for. Portions were good and everything was reasonably priced.Would definitely nom nom here again.

Love this place! The food is so delicious with generous portion and nice presentation, service is good and the price is very reasonable. We also love the cocktails here. The place itself is not very big but it’s clean and bright with lots of lights and big screen TVs.

We ordered off of Uber eats and we’re astounded by the lack of quality after reading all the positive reviews. The pakoras tasted like they were stale, the vegetarian butter chicken was pieces of uncooked dough in sauce. The Chana masala was the only edible part the rest unfortunately went in the trash. It was a huge waste of money and overall very disappointing.

Best indian food we have had in a while. Would try again.Only complaint would be the cost of the bread... you get 1 small thin slice for 3$. I'd rather just buy my own for 3$ for an entire bag or even make my own...

I've eaten here 3x now: I've had the veg thali plate, and a goat curry dinner ... So happy they've opened this place so close to my home. They're flexible too, they made a special order for me.
