It used to be very good. Unfortunately the quality of the food and services dropped dramatically and not comparable to last year. There's been a change of management or ownership I guess. We used to order once a week as it's very close to our office. The lunch combos used to be great, but today after we decided to give it another try and order two lunch combos, we decided to not eat here any more, (I ordered medium spicy tikka masala and my colleague ordered spicy and there's no deference between the spiciness of our food. Pakoras were burnt outside and not cooked inside, even the naan was not eatable) it's a shame:( it was our favorite lunch place.

Really good Indian food for the price and never super busy. However I think only few people work so service was a bit slow. But everything was really delicious.

I love the butter chicken from here, but I'm really disappointed to see they are not filling the take out containers as much as they used to. Our containers were 1/3 less full than they used to be.

unfortunately I cant comment on the food as I eventually cancelled my order after waiting 2 hrs. for delivery, when I ordered I was told 30-40 minutes every time I checked in after I was told 20 more minutes until it was nearly 9pm and too late to be eating dinner. nobody called me to explain why I just kept getting told 20-25 minutes.

I ordered the food from them twice this weekend, very disappointed from taste and quality of food, chicken was very dry, manchurian smelt rancid and on top of it shahi paneer was disrespect to the original Indian counterpart. Very disappointed.

Best Hyderabadi chicken biryani you can have in Vancouver. snacks are also really amazing. I tried the fish and chicken they both were really great

We had heard about the restaurant and popped in for one of their signature luncheon specials...dishes are about $12,$13 and include meat, rice, salad, pakora and naan. Good sized portions (I had the lamb curry, my wife the butter chicken). Food was nicely spiced and tasty; service very good although not busy at all at lunch. COVID protocols firmly in place. We will return for an evening dinner.

My favorite go-to Indian restaurant for take out. I LOVE their samosas and I usually order one of their chicken curries... have tried many of them now and they never disappoint :) It's a must try if you live around this area ?

They must have changed owners or something...this place used to be my favourite but recently the quality of the food and the service have really gone downhill. Firstly they have a new online ordering system which doesn't seem to work...I got no email confirmation or receipt and the restaurant had no record of my order when I went to pick it up half an hour later. No apology offered, and after waiting 10 minutes I had to remind them before they even looked for it. Then the Malai kofta I got was pale and bland with chunks of onions- nothing like the flavourful smooth dish it used to be. This was supposed to be a nice birthday treat for myself, but what a disappointment. Won't be ordering from here again.Edit: just got a text confirmation, an hour after I picked it up, that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. If you're going to order takeout from here, first of all don't but if you have to then definitely call it in.

A restaurant in my own neighbourhood, we ate here once before COVID. Food was great (5 stars); ambience: OK (3 stars max.). Since COVID, we've ordered from here about 1/2 a dozen times. It's always very good! I'm a vegetarian and my personal fave is the Veggie Korma (5 out of 5); my husband and son are huge fans of the Tandoori Chicken. The pakoras aren't the best, but are still good. Way better value for money than some of the other Indian restaurants, and except for the pakoras, way better flavours than most of the other Indian restaurants around here too.
