Friends took me here because they liked the mochi. There was only one person working at the time around 2pm. Nevertheless, he was taking orders and making bubble like a champ. Didn’t have to wait long to get my drink.I ordered the Milk Tea with Mochi and Taro (half sugar). It had bits of real taro mixed in and the mochi was a nice twist. The drink wasn’t too sweet. It was good but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get it again
Was in the area for medical reasons, had stopped in for a couple bubble teas. Was a little thrown off as they had changed names since I was down in December....always go for the coconut slush bubble tea, the flavors both times were really good.Only disappointment was when I went to go in the night before I had to head home, they were out of coconut powder, and had to go for the taro coconut...Surprisingly we really enjoyed them! Only downside is the pricing was a little higher than other bubble tea places especially since the stupid city of Vancouver put in the plastic cup fees..the service is always very kind as well. Will return. Rather enjoyable ?
Staff is patient and all the drinks (milk or tea) are always at the perfect temperature.
Location is clean, and service is quick, but the bubble tea suck. Got the pearl milk tea, and the tea was alright but the pearls had no taste. Texture was fine.
The milk foam is great.
Tasty matcha bubble tea :) Great experience in Vancouver. They were very patient and let us stay until close or maybe even past closing time.
I Loove the Black Forest drink with Cheese Milk Foam on it ??❤️♥️
Ordered Matcha milk foam smoothie and it was very tasteless. I asked the staff to make a new one if possible as it didn’t taste the same as what I used to get before. While waiting for the drink, she was complaining in Chinese to her coworker and made a big noise with every container she grabbed and put back LOL and honestly, the second drink made zero difference.
Fast service and tasty drinks! The milk foam melted and towards the end of the drink it just tastes like milk and tapioca now and any remnants of taro is now gone. Overall: decent.
The egg pudding was surprisingly below par (felt like it was made from some artificial flavoring). I don't think this Gong Cha compares to the ones in the Bay Area. However, I appreciate the server for making a custom drink for me. But the quantity of the pudding was double that of Coco's so I appreciate that.
