This is one of my new favourites for happy hour, especially for their buck a shuck fresh oysters! Their drinks are refreshing and seafood is absolutely delicious. The location is beautifully situated in downtown Vancouver. The interior design reminds me of the Mediterranean and the food is the cherry on top. Highly recommend this place for both happy hour menu and regular dining!

I came here with my girlfriend for happy hour and everything was spot on! The oysters were fresh and amazing, the Greek fries were delicious and most importantly the grilled fish was the best out of everything!! Hydra is definitely a must try restaurant!
We tried a couple of items but the grilled fish is definitely a highlight! Oysters are creamy and flavourful with their secret vinegary sauce. Greek fries also surprised me! Amazing spot to go in downtown Vancouver!

Came here for happy hour. Great service and awesome atmosphere! Super friendly staff. We had the pleasure of having Roman to be our server. He was friendly, approachable, and superb customer service skills. Will definitely come back because Roman had made our visit very enjoyable! Thank you Roman, you're the man!!
Came here for happy hour (3-6pm daily) amazing atmosphere, great service, food is delicious. BUCK A SHUCK oysters. We had the pleasure of having Roman as our server, he is amazing, attentative, and friendly. Superb service from the staff. Highly recommend.
I had the best time at Hydra for happy hour with my girlfriends. Our server Roman was very attentive and interactive with our table and suggested great recommendations. The whole fish was my favourite!!! This place is so beautiful and the ambiance’s is perfect
We arrived at 5:30 to take advantage of the Happy Hour. Really fantastic options - so glad we did. $10 bites and reduced drinks. The Berry Bramble(a gin drink) was the featured cocktail. So I like my drinks a bit sweet - this is not sweet in the least. So, if you don’t like sweet, you’ll like it.Ordered the green salad (not Happy Hour), lamb meatballs and lamb sliders. All were very good. The salad was a lettuce and kale mix, with a little cheese and breadcrumbs sprinkled on. The dressing was perfectly paired. The meatballs were a bit spicy and solid and needed a knife to cut. They came in a very spicy and flavorful red pepper sauce (like a marinara but with red peppers), and some smooth goat cheese cream. The dish definitely had a kick. I ate them with some tzatziki which calmed them a bit. The braised lamb sliders were pulled lamb (like pulled pork). It tasted like lamb shanks, which were perfectly braised. They didn’t have a lot of lamb on them, but they were delicious.Too full for dessert! Our server Maggie was very pleasant and efficient.
