I was invited to my friend’s bridal shower , this is one third time here , I used to come with my friends for high tea , and it was pretty good . Their scone is always my favorite. I really like to come to this place because it is very picture friendly . You know as girls pics are more important than the food itself . But this place , I have to say they are pretty good at making variety of cuisines for events , which really surprised me . The staffs are very friendly and cute . They made tasty cocktails in the bar too . I will recommend this place .
I would not be able to put into words how amazing Hy tea lounge team is . Unlike traditional cheese platter , they add some tasty desserts and my favorites croissants. All my guests were amazed by their work.Thank you
I almost decided not to come after read the reviews , but the p’ace is too nice for photos do we still made the reservation. The place is bright , thé servers are quiet nice and friendly , maybe because it was not too many customers, so the two girls served us pretty well . Their croissant sandwiches are one of the best i think . Also i really like their affogato too. Will come back next time for their afternoon tea , the mello donuts we order to go is very delicious. Their sushi chef is having break from 3-5 , thats the only part that we feel sad with .
Dropped in for brunch and the food was better than I expected. I really liked the avo egg salad croissant sandwich. I also tried the fries and they were super crispy.Didn’t realize it was a restaurant from the outside. I thought it was a rental space and it was decorated like a wedding. Inside has an empty rental space feel. Like you can tell the tables and chairs are there temporarily. They also had a table in the middle of the space selling face masks which seemed out of place.
Although the space and area are beautiful, the service and food were awful. The tea was pretty good. The washrooms were disgusting. I found plastic in my food. The servers didn't introduce the tower of high tea food, reluctantly they explained once asked. Very expensive and uncomfortable experience.
Took my daughter there for her birthday. I booked a reservation. When we walked in, no hello or anything. We were the only people in there. Told them it’s my daughter’s birthday and the server just blinked then walked away. I thought we were being punked, they served us food out of that teeny cooking show. They never once asked how anything was. Only 1/2 the stuff listed on the Hy Tea menu came. They didn’t even bring us a bill. I had to walk up and ask. Furthermore the servers were in hoodies and yoga pants with uncombed hair. I am furious that the bill came to $68!!!! I want my money back. Never ever go there -1 rating.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I want my money back. Took my daughter there for her birthday. No greeting, no acknowledgement. Huge red flag, we were the only people in there. I told the person walking by we have a reservation and she just sat us without a word. After seated I told her it was my daughterâs birthday and she just blinked and walked away. We got the high tea set. I couldnât believe what they served, it was actually funny. Thought all the food was for a Barbie, teeny tiny and tasted pre-made. They didnât offer any sugar or milk for the tea, had to ask for it. They never once asked how anything was, they didnât clear a single plate. Only 1/2 of the stuff listed on the menu came. Laughable, the âseasonal fruit bowlâ was 1/2 of an orange cut up into tiny cubes. I didnât want to make a fuss there because it was my daughterâs birthday but Iâm actually fuming. Came to over $68! I want someone to call me to give at least half my money back. Never had such terrible service. Also the servers couldnât care less. Bad appearance, wearing yoga pants and a hoodie, uncombed hair. Absolute robbery $68. NEVER EVER GO THERE. Itâs too bad because itâs such a beautiful space, has the potential to be a gem.
my company hosted an event here, and all of us were impressed with how incredible the environment and decorations that this place provided. we were served with the top notch customer service, food and cocktail. If you are planning on hosting and event like we did, this is for sure your go to place!
Booked a reservation here over a week ago for 4:30pm and they call me 2 hours before my reservation to say they are closing at 5. Literally had over a week to call but they wait till last minute and they said they updated their closing time online but it still says they close at 6pm. This is not the first time this has happened here. Very poor customer service.
A misleading waste of space. The servers are clueless, the food is missing and crossed off with black sharpee, the cutlery could use some polishing. We were looking forward to high tea and quickly changed our minds as soon as we sat down.
