Five Stars for the food only! This is hands down the most delicious lobster sticky rice I have had! The flavour was delicate and so fresh and the rice underneath was seasoned to perfection. Crab is literally covered with fried garlic so make sure you come with a partner who loves garlic!!!Like a typical Chinese restaurant, service is severely lacking and also to note is that I showed up with a PADS assistance dog and the waiter who greeted me at the door was quite rude, unwelcoming and offended I walked in with a dog.Go for the food! Ignore the bad service.

2022 July 16 update reviewWe came here around noon, the restaurant is nicely separated with partitions.Food is still good and the staff is very efficient. This is a neighbourhood place so order eat and go. Even if busy, the turnover is about 30 min.. and today it was 90% full.

Authentic Chinese food. Specializing in seafood and their very popular delicious lobster over sticky rice dish (or the crab version).

Lobster was not fresh and spoiled. There was a clear smell to it and the staff refuse to recognize it while persisting that the lobsters were all from a fresh water tank.Service was undesirable. The lotus sticky rice is not actually from lotus leaves. When asked why the texture is just like regular steamed rice the staff said they don't make the rice like they used to anymore. The price for the food is definitely not on par. Better options elsewhere. Very unpleasant experience. I wish I could give a better score but 1/5 is already being kind.

Me and my wife came here after a recommendation from a Cantonese friend. We ordered a small soup and a lobster sticky rice. It was more than enough since portioning is huge! Lobster is live ? so you can choose the size bigger or smaller. Overall, we were happy with what we paid since we know the ingridients are expensive, service was good, food was cooked nicely. Base on what we had, price is ok.Would love to be back!!!

We ordered 3 items, they were all good. The price is still very economical. I had the beef brisket with noodle soup, it used to have veg, now it doesn't. My husband have the pig knuckles noodle, and my son have beef congee. And we got 10% for take out.

It has been a while since we visited and for some reason I had in my mind that it was quite expensive - not so. The prices for the huge range of lunch dishes (mainly rice and noodle) are very reasonable. Good sized portions expertly prepared. The wait staff are all very experienced and service quick and friendly. Food good! We will back and try and work our way through the menu.

The worst dining experience ever. The place is not clean. Nobody helps you, and they treat you with superiority as if you are begging them. The food is inferior, almost the worst Chinese food I have eaten in my life. I ordered two different dishes to try the options, and both were worse than each other. No waiter tried to help me with the choices, and the food was awful. I advise everyone not to visit the place and save their money on a better choice in Vancouver.

Food is pretty good, mostly hits with some misses. And I look forward to trying their signature lobster in the future. However, service was bad. The manager-looking person even had the audacity to question me why there's no tips--I would love to tip generously if one simple dessert isn't a no show after 40 minutes with no explanation at all.
