Great little food truck. Ordered their best-selling meal box which consisted of grilled pork patties, lemon grass fried chicken, rice, pickled veggies, veggie spring roll and fish sauce, in addition to a couple of veggie salad rolls and tater tots. The pork patties were well seasoned, the veggie spring roll was okay, nothing special but the lemon grass fried chicken was nice and crispy with a subtle hint of lemon grass - absolutely delicious! The salad rolls were pretty good and actually didn't need any meat at all. The fried onions in the rolls more than made up for that! As for the tots, who doesnt love fried tater tots? If you ever come across this food truck, be sure to check it out! ?

I was treated to lunch when their food truck showed up at the local high school. I had the lemongrass chicken with vermicelli noodles. The chicken was flavourful and cooked to perfection.A great lunch value for $10. I can’t wait to try their other dishes.
My husband and I came to Studio Brewing tonight because Henry's Hip Eats were the food truck of the night! We discovered them on instagram (@h2eatsinc) and have wanted to try for awhile. I can confidently say, they did not disappoint! We ordered the pork + tofu tacos, chicken sandwich and the veggie spring rolls and we cannot decide what we loved most! Highly recommend, the service was fantastic. Thanks for the great food!
A nice Vietnamese food truck offering deep fried goodness.I have had the pleasure to try this food truck on a few occasions and have not been disappointed.Recently had their “All Day Brunch Box” which consists of fried lemon grass chicken sandwich, a fried egg, and side of tater tots. What more could you ask for in deep fried goodness! The chicken is a darker meat, juicy, and more flavorful. The pickled slaw could use more pickling flavor to help cut some of the grease feeling from the chicken (though it is not extremely greasy to begin with). The fried egg is always a nice touch but the yolk could be a tad runnier (make sure to specify this if you prefer, I had forgotten). Overall it’s a nice explosion of flavours.The tater tots were phenomenal and really satisfied the craving.The staff/owners were super friendly as well.Would recommend!
We've tried a few menu items and everyone of them have been amazing so far. Crispy, savoury, and oh so goooood! I'm really enjoying the mix of fresh flavours Henry's is bringing to the neighbourhood...plus it pairs perfectly with your favourite brew!

Henry’s is the best Vietnamese fusion in Vancouver! Their fried lemongrass chicken is so crisp and fragrant. Their pork patties are flavourful and well seasoned. We love their crunchy, pickled salad which adds the perfect tang and acidity to the fried food. Even their special sauces are amazing. Their portions are generous and FILLING (if I have for lunch I need to eat a later dinner, lol). Everything is housemade & they are consistently delicious without the added MSG! My 2 year old asks for them by name, lol.We usually order pick-up but they subscribe to several delivery partners so their food is convenient & accessible.
First time Ordered the chicken sandwich and tots combo, so yummy! The fried chicken was extremely juicy and flavourful (loved that they use dark meat - my favorite!), the egg was ooey gooey delicious and the richness of the sandwich was balanced with the tang of pickled cucumber and carrots! Tots completed the fantastic meal, such an enjoyable way to savour a warm sunny spring day! Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu
