Great brunch spot around the neighborhood, although it is quite pricey for some dishes. The grilled cheese sandwich was around $19 without taxes. The sandwich itself was good but the tomato soup was not my favorite, I’m not sure what else there is inside but it didn’t taste like tomato it tasted like squash maybe? We also tried the truffle mushroom benny, it was very tasty 8/10 and it was $22.The vegan buttermilk pancakes is a must try! I never had pancakes with pineapples before and the combination was amazing! We asked for a single serving to share and it decreased the price by half. They have a cute small area to sit outside, which is also pet friendly.

Amazing vegetarian restaurant! The food is so flavorful - you can tell they spent a lot of time designing the recipes. The mushroom hash is very filling and had a lot of vegetable protein like hummus and chickpeas. The vegan pancakes were very soft with delicious caramelized apples. We also had lattes (not pictured) that were really fluffy - the mushroom flavor in mine made the chocolate taste more well-rounded, and they have a full selection of milks and milk substitutes.

Heirloom is one of three vegan restaurants (The Acorn & Nightshade being the other two) that elevate the cuisine and culture to new heights. It’s the type of place you bring dates to.Thank you for doing this planet - and it’s people - a service of being open, and a part of this healthy new world community.Xox

One of my favourite spots to meet friends for weekend brunch. We tried the truffle mushroom benny. They have a egg alternative! Great for me since it's hard to find brunch places in Vancouver that have that option.

Truffle Mushroom Benny?Taste: impeccable taste, everything balance well together. It’s crunchy, creamy, and citrusy.? Value: Portion size is on the smaller side for the price. And $6 extra for hash brown better be the best hash brown I’ve ever had? Creativity: Using crooquette instead of English muffin is a smart idea. And the fresh tomatoes adds a breath of freshness to the dish.?‍?Service: Amazing, the server is friendly and helpful. Front of house staff can be more attentive, she made me wait even though there is an empty table which she did not knowOverall: Great food and atmosphere for all occasions

Great vegan spot in the Vancouver downtown area! I would defs come here to try their vegan eggs Benedict (pictured below)The staff is super friendly, and the food comes out relatively quickly. I personally thought the truffle Benedict was a bit overwhelming (in truffle-ness) — however my cousin who got the same thing loved it!

Love this place! Great coffee. Amazing food. Love the pancakes! Cozy atmosphere ❤️ highly recommend for any occasion. Breakfast/brunch or dinner and a date!Parking was changed on 12th so you have to find side street parking.

Always a wonderful experience. The food is excellent, flavours are rich and ingredients are fresh. Presentation is pleasant and the atmosphere is very welcoming.Of course the staff make it all happen. They are also very accommodating to those with gluten allergy which I greatly appreciate!Thank you for all this! One of my favourite places for brunch ?

Absolutely loved it here! Had their Kale Caesar and it was delicious. I wasn't overly thrilled about paying $19 for a salad but it was amazing, all the ingredients including the beet chips and dressing! Service was friendly and attentive (but maybe one too many visits to check in). Food did take awhile to arrive but gave our small group time to chat. Others at my table had the happy hour truffle fries and spicy tofu, as well as The Grilled Cheese and Halloumi Tacos. Everything tasted good. Would love to come back for a meal and dessert, and appreciate all the GF/vegan options!
