took for ever to get a drink

Got a brown sugar pearl milk tea. It tasted pretty watery but it was still okay, the pearls were nice and chewy but the brown sugar flavour was diluted due to how watery the drink was. The bubble waffles looked amazing, I didn't get one but I would say if you come here probably just come for the bubble waffle combo instead of just a drink. Overall decent shop but there are better options

I used to work at a bubble tea place and so I got sick of bubble tea since I had so many before. But I will always get a bubble tea at Happy Lemon. It just tastes so… unique. The handcrafted drinks are just so perfectly made. The recipes and ratios are flawless, it tastes like something new compared to any other bubble tea place. It’s also really close to one of my favorite bbq places, happy tree house. So we usually end up coming here after grabbing dinner, it’s really convenient.

I went with my wife last week to get a salted cream cheese green tea drink. We have been coming to this place for many years, even before the other bubble tea shops opened up. Today I went in to get a bubble tea for my pregnant wife, it was a completely different drink and very low quality.

Been wanting to try cheese foam boba for quite some time and finally got to try it, was just as good as I thought it would be! The bubble waffles were also really good, probably the best I’ve ever had :)

I love Happy Lemon! It’s a pretty big chain with many different options. Some of their signature ones contain lemon (as the name implies) and they’re extremely tasty and unique. Definitely recommend the one with mango and lemon.

My to go place for bubble tea. I love their milk tea with taro balls. Also their unique salted cheese on top of the milk tea is the best! I always come for this combo! I highly recommend for bubble tea lovers to try their salted cheese. One of the cheapest and good quality bubble tea stores around robson.

Really wanted bubble tea downtown and decided to give this place a shot because it was the closest. When I walked in the cashier was confused and timid. I ordered a large roasted milk tea with taro balls (the topping was $1!! so excessive), no ice, slight sugar. The total came to $6.30. While I observed her make it, I saw she filled the cup 2/3 of they way up, then proceeded to fill the rest of the cup up with WATER and pre-made tea from a pitcher. How can you guys claim it’s your goal to make fresh tea when it PRE-MADE, come on now! She also put around HALF the amount of topping (which cost $1) as other shops, around a 2cm up the side of the cup. At last, when I went in to take a sip it tasted exactly like tap water. To make matters worse the taro balls were hard, like pearls when you put them in the fridge overnight. Lots of room for improvement, if this place is your only option you’re better off not having any bubble tea at all.

Straight up bad service. I've been there once back in September and the drink was messed up, the forgot to put the pearls and added it in the end! Went again today to give it another try, bad! Took 10 minutes for the big girl to finish God's know what to then tell me they didn't have the milk tea ready. Lost my business.

I got a Golden Kiwi fruit ice tea and a Salted Egg yolk bubble waffle, so good and yummy!! \(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)/
