Top notch service, we were treated with cares and the best hospitality one could ask for at a restaurant. Great presentation of food, clean and cheerful environment. Complimentary salad/fruit & dressing bar, my families and visiting friends from out of town had a memorable time there. $50/person on average but worth it. Ordered the Raman and you’d get a performance. Definitely recommend.

I have been there 4 times because of friendly staffs and nice foods as well. They have various options to choose soups, meats, sea foods and vegetables. After finish your main dishes, they gonna ask you bring some ice cream and candy. And staffs are super friendly and kind!!Also washroom and other facilities are clean and nice.

This was quite literally one of the most fantastic restaurants I have ever been to in my life!I chose to go here as my first hot pot experience and it was so so so good. the food was amazing, the quality of the ingredients was amazing, and we waiting less than three minutes for everything we ordered to come to our table. Our main server was named Noelle and she was so amazing, as well as the rest of the staff who continually checked up on us! They explained how to do everything and were so so kind.I’m so excited to come back!

Hands down best hot pot in Van! Staff are sooo friendly and portions are generous. They have a sauce and dessert bar with unlimited servings. They even provide aprons to help with the mess and hair ties for those with long hair! Also such a convenient way of ordering with the screen set up. Price is very affordable! So delicious!

An amazing hot pot experience with flavorful soups and fresh ingredients to go with it. They’ve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian soup options to suit everyone’s need. Tomato broth went so with the noodles. The spicy broth is pretty tasty and flavorful but be aware of your spice tolerance.Unfortunately because of Covid the Lo Mein (where they make the hand pulled noodles in front of us) was unavailableFresh ingredients, plenty of sauces, tasty broths, and excellent service. A very good hotpot experience, would recommend it for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians

Although I’m pretty new to HotPot, HaiDiLao had some of the best customer service I’ve seen at any Resteraunt. Period. Staff were extremely attentive and super friendly. The quality of the food was great and side dishes like fried rice, noodles or dumplings were good but won’t blow you away. I’d recommend the Laksa soup base if you like some heat! ?

I'd like to think I'm a bit of a veteran hotpot customer. I've been to almost all of the ones in my hometown and they are relatively the same when it comes to the quality and value. I also never leave hungry. This prompted a visit here as its new to me and it was highly rated. I was expecting the same quality and value and since it's in Vancouver, maybe it might set the bar higher. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the food or experience to justify a bill over $100 for 2 people. Maybe if this was an all you can eat which included premium items I could justify the price but sadly it was not. Food was good quality but portions small and price high. I thought it was a mistake that a small handful of mixed basic veggies was $12. I legit got charged for every little thing including $8 or $9 to go to the sauce bar.The service was great, staff on hand and checking on us almost every 10 mins. I noticed the restaurant was spotless, staff that weren't serving customers were all cleaning like crazy. To order and view the menu was all done on a tablet, food was served by a robot. Aprons were provided to keep your clothes clean. Wife said the bathroom was beautiful and stocked with a bunch of goodies and feminine hygiene products. I like what they are doing to up the experience while eating here but unfortunately it has a cost. I'm pretty simple and I like to eat good food at a fair cost. Not a fan of the gimmicks, just a fan of food. This meal back home would have cost us $60 tops and we would have left ready to burst.

This company spies on you with cameras and sends it back to China.

My first hot pot experience ? we booked a special lounge for 8 of us.How it works _ select soup then your favorite protein. Dip dip _ cook n eat ?Great experience. Good food. Reasonable prices. Recommedation - spicy soup Base (with sentiments) & laksa hot pot.

The restaurant is very clean, spacious and well ventilated, so you don't leave smelling like hot pot! Great service at this location (as with any HDL). Anticipating long hair (hair tie), splashes (aprons), & drinks (they're filling up your glass before it's empty). You can select up to 4 different soup based flavours and there is a sauce 'station' where you can create your own dipping sauce. Helpful suggestive recipes are above the bar as well. A little on the pricey side but i think it's worth it for the service, food and general atmosphere.
