Definitely in the top 3 of best cinnamon buns I've ever had in my life (along with a place called Sugarbowl in Edmonton, and my grandma's homemade ones), and pretty sure it's taken the top spot. Will have to go back again to confirm, but after a couple visits I think it's a safe bet. Coffee is great too. But now I want a cinnamon bun again... So good!
I love grounds cinnamon buns! I was disappointed when I found that my order didn’t have any icing even after the cashier and I had spoken and he understood that I wanted the icing on the side :’) I gave a very generous tip as well, knowing that they were closing soon. So I sort of feel robbed in a sense lol… still a good place for cinnamon buns, just a little expensive especially if you’re not getting the full package.
I went to study at grounds this morning and it was such a lovely experience ❣️ I got a london fog w oat milk and a cinnamon bun and they were both amazing! the london fog was the best I’ve had in a very long time and the cinnamon bun was the perfect amount of sweet! the servers were so kind and I appreciated how hygienic the folks making food and drinks were! such a lovely business! will definitely go again:)
Someone brought Grounds for Coffee famous cinnamon buns to work. I tried the plain cinnamon bun without the icing which was tasty. The bun wasn’t too sweet. If you love eating warm cinnamon buns, put it in the microwave for several seconds. It’ll taste like it just came out of the oven. Yummy overload! Would love to try the iced cinnamon buns next time!
Yummy. What an artistic affair. Very cozy space with lots of indoor and outdoor places. The cinnamon buns ARE one of the best I have ever had.
Excellent cinnamon buns, superb service and great atmosphere.The staff are helpful and genuine. Surfaces look very clean and you see staff cleaning and disinfecting the high-touch surfaces regularly.The layout and design of the store also works for social distancing with one door for entry and one for exit and ample room between tables.
Best cinnamon buns ever! Super friendly staff, with limited seating in stores due to COVID-19. Super busy all the time because they're amazing. Walkable distance from Commercial Skytrain station - there is some parking nearby as well, but it is located on a very busy street.Wild Berry Cinnamon Buns: They have this as a seasonal flavour that does come back on rotation. I LOVE their cream cheese icing. House-made berry compote on top (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries). I got a 6-pack to-go and it is packed very well, there's a layer of plastic on the inside wrapping the buns, and then put into a cardboard box and bag so it stays fresh. Texture and flavour are perfect. I like their coffee as well (I got their oat milk latte).Highly recommend this place!
I like the vibe of this place. The place offers the best Cinnamon buns in town. The coffee they make is really refreshing and tastes amazing. The staff is always courteous and helpful.
I like this coffee shop. The food is so good but the coffee is always cold and they served half of the cup..They should pay attention on this.
Gooky (gooey and sticky) perfect cinnamon buns - just what you want when you're craving cinnamon buns. Perfect coffee drinks. Surprisingly nice decor including an ancient wooden door in the bathroom - who knew? Definitely recommend.
