Really like the butcher, and the great cuts of meat. Also good salads. The berries are a little expensive, but veggies and fruit is mostly local, they have organic staples and the staff is friendly.
Great little gem of a shop. Good prices and great customer service. Worth walking past construction to support this business.

Excellent selection of organic food, vegan cheeses and other non dairy food at reasonable prices and we LOVED the gravlax and fresh smoked chicken thighs. Will be back and HIGHLY recommend!!!

A neighbourhood treasure. They have a great selection of both dry and perishable products. It’s a one stop shop for everything! Staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. They have an amazing assortment of live plants- I’m starting to grow a garden collection.
The best for the most local and organic foods grown right here at home in BC. What I love is that I can shop here knowing I am helping our local farmers and keeping our economy going. We must grow more local and we must support our local farmers and producers. The meat and deli departments are pretty awesome too!
