This place is great for a quick lunch or dinner. You can really decide the length of your stay by the amount of items you order. Because the dining area is small the orders come out quickly. Nice to taste the torched sushi options, I have never tried before. The servers were very courteous and I’m thankful they were willing to answer all of our questions! The Bibam gyoza were very delicious, worth the extra few dollars upgrade from the traditional gyoza. Thank you!

One of the best sushi places I’ve ever tried! We ordered takeout and everything was amazing. The dynamite roll was probably the best dynamite roll I’ve ever had. We also got the tuna sashimi which was amazing, melted in your mouth. The yam tempura roll was also very good. The staff were friendly and the order was ready very quickly despite how busy it was in there.

Food wise is fine but I really felt rushed dining here. Like they just want you to eat you sushi and leave. Do not come here if you want to spend time with your friends

First time at Green Leaf Sushi and I am blown away. Their aburi is amazing, fresh, and competitively priced. Don't mind making the drive over to enjoy their sushi at all. Highly recommended.

The Green Leaf Signature Aburi combo is AMAZING! I love fusion torched sushi and this place is my favorite in Canada. I had it a few years ago when I visited Vancouver and have always craved it. 100% recommended. Ambiance is lacking as it's like a basement corner diner but the food makes it worth it.

Honestly brilliant. I went in, classically judged a place by its decor and was ready for decent Vancouver sushi but wow was I blown away. The sushi here was absolutely, well, brilliant. The aburi is so flavourful and filling. The rolls are large and not skimpy on fish. AND, wait for it, it's reasonably priced. Like really well. $30 and I'm legit stuffed.Beware many things on the usual menu aren't available due to supply chain etc issues but still enough rolls and aburi choices I was happy. And you will be too.Absolutely going outta my way to go here again

First time ordering and would recommend sticking with the oshis and aburis. We liked most of what we ordered. The omg roll in the middle was massive!! The spicy tuna crispy oshi was our least favourite. Would go back to try the other menu items.

My friends and I love going to this place. Good customer service, fresh sushi, and I absolutely love their *Aburi (Smoked Salmon) Oshi Sushi*. (I will come back for this!) The only shortcoming is everything is a bit pricey, but you're on W Broadway after all.

Sushi were not bad but some rice were hard…Sashimi were not tasty. For snapper tempura, they put lots of sauce on it so it became soft, idk why but it tasted bad! So weird to have tender tempura…Lastly, the Tako Wasabi was 5 dollars (I ordered online) and it only came with a very small dish. I though it was just sauce when dirt seeing it…Overall, their Oshi sushi are worth for trying, but other stuff… ???
