Great place, friendly staff, and concept isn't so common in Vancouver. The choice of flavor is superbThe meat being frozen still during grilling probably messed with the texture, and Id prefer if the meat was thawed out at least almost completely for us to buy, as I had to hammer the frozen meat out for my friends too. Also could probably use better wayfinding as I thought I had to pay for the chef to cook my bowl.
Great place to order food from - the portions are massive and can last multiple meals, and it is so delicious and reliable! Love the free soup too.
Always happy to visit this place. Very, very kind staff.Sometimes only one waitress is working which is not fair, the place was full of customers (dine in), you could see that she tried so hard but it would be fair enough if she had one more colleague to work with her. I think it was Friday evening.
Really enjoyable experience! Was looking for a mongolian style restaurant in Vancouver to customize my own dishes and this place delivered. Will be back when I'm visiting the area again!

Excellent meal at this self serve restaurant. You start off with a bowl and add in your choice of meat eg. Chicken, pork, beef etc. And then on to vegetables eg. Carrots, onions, peppers etc. and finally you get sauce to flavour your bowl of goodies!! A staff member then takes your bowl and empties it out to a large cooking area and adds water to steam your meal. In a very short time it is cooked and brought to your table where you are given a soup and piece of Mongolian style bread. You can have a big portion or a little one it all depends on your appetite!! Very reasonably priced meal and very pleasant staff!!

Meats and veggies are prepared fresh and perfect, and your choice of ingredients whatever you feel like in a bowl (or more if you do all you can eat) becomes your customized signature dish. There are millions of combinations you can have your own dish and amazing service adds sweetness to each dish. You are missing a lot if you do not stop by and try!
Amazing! Memories of their old Denman location. Foood is amazing (as I pick myself and then choose my perfect sauce)….I’ve been going for decades
