Went here for a quick bite to eat and some drinks before a show across the street. As with most things, prices have gone up since the last time I've visited a Warehouse restaurant. (Even higher than their online menu which you would think would be updated). We managed to grab the last open table as the place was packed. Food was mediocre, drinks were extremely weak (even though we ordered doubles). The women's bathrooms were nasty which didn't help our experience
We went to le furniture warehouse in Whistler but couldn't find it on Google review for this location. Although it is a pub, the mushroom burger was really good. And it is very affordable consider it is in Whistler. It took almost an hour for the food to come, so if u in a hurry should eat somewhere else. But the service was good. We went the second time on the same trip. I had the union salad and my son had Mac and cheese and the bacon and potatoes skin and they were all really good.
Always get a little too tipsy when I’m here! Ha ha wife’s never happy when I go but great music and great staff. Especially Kaitlin she always makes sure we have a fun time
Not as cool as the Whistler location but still great value! Last time I went there was a horrible staffing issue I assume because several groups of people waited over 10min to even get a menu while the place was mostly empty. I won't hold that to them - when staffing is resolved they are awesome ?
Good lively pub, but pretty bad service. On a Friday night we waited just outside the door while others waited to be seated, and then again once we got inside for another 10 minutes, of course it was busy so I can understand that, but there was no communication from the "host" or what I think was just a server that got stuck on door duty on top of everything else. We got a table and had to wait another 10-15 for drinks, (no water) and then no one came to our table for what felt like maybe a half hour or more and I had to flag down the person who I think was now the host(?) to ask her if we could order dinner. We had empty glasses for sometime and again I had to flag someone down to order a second drink. The whole time I wasn’t sure who our server was and although it was super busy the servers were often chatting and laughing for long periods of time by the bar. I decided I just needed to go wave them over eventually to get our bill.We met up with some friends later that evening and they said they had the exact same experience there within the last couple of weeks and they won't go back.Food was well priced but the drinks were so expensive, as for quality my burger was a bit soggy but still tasty and well constructed, fries tasted like frozen, I ordered 3 sour key cocktails, and each time it was just about an entirely different drink. This place has a lot of potential, hopefully the service gets more organized
Unfortunately with inflation, the 5.95 food menu was gone. Still a great menu and hangout! Friendly staff! Would totally go here again!
The food was SO yummy! My brother and came after getting off our flight and just wanted some easy food. I had the black bean and yam quesadillas; they were so good and got takeout to eat back at the hotel later the same night. Our server was so sweet and gave us some recommendations for things to do in Vancouver. I would DEFINITELY return if I’m ever in the city again.
Service horrible, host allowed people in before us WITH NO ID’S and when we asked him why he did that he told us “that’s the perks of knowing the right people”… when we finally got seated he did not want to let us in without two pieces of ID… the irony?! That’s not even the worst part, he kept death glaring us all night making us feel uncomfortable, and was openly talking about us to his coworkers? The bartenders did not attend to us for a good twenty minutes because of that, and we would have to stand up and wave them in the face to get any sort of attention. When we got the bill we noticed he double charged us for 1 fries and put extra drinks on the bill. He was annoyed he had to fix it and made a comment “ if you wanted a double you think it’s would be for the price of a single?”. When I tried to explain that’s not what I meant he walked away from us. I even tried to call the next day to report to a manager but their voicemail is full smh
Hit or miss service here. It’s either way too loud inside during peak hours (crowd + music volume levels in a small place) and outside (with only three tables) is interesting considering the sketchy crowds that frequent the area. I understand this would be a great place while bar hopping on the weekend, but not so much for any other purpose. I love the chain though: great food - the most delicious burgers for the price. We’ve had a good server before but we’ve also had one that was clearly on some kind of drug and drunk. Also weird when you don’t get your pop you asked for until after your food comes out? I wouldn’t necessarily avoid this restaurant but maybe this location
They also removed some of our beloved food from their menu and that’s a no-no! So no more calamari’s? ?☹️Have been going there for ages but recently the food menu changed and the price increased. That’s okay. Everything is increasing in price. The same applies to the Hastings Warehouse as well.Did rate this place 5 stars but I have to go down now because this is not what I expected from a place that we have been going for ages! Super disappointed. :(
