Pretty disappointed, v basic chicken bowl with literally rice, chicken and lettuce with some sauce. Chicken was v fatty and rice tasted like unseasoned microwave rice. Won't be back unfortunately.

The four of us went in for lunch. Small menu but we did great. Everything is gluten-free and there are a number of vegan options, plus steak and chicken. I had a custom bowl (large, $15) which was crispy tofu in peanut sauce with a rice pilaf and caesar salad. It was terrific. One person had tofu with savory veggies; two people had chicken bowls which they said were cooked perfectly. Everyone was super happy with their meals and the price was fair for such high quality ingredients. Would mos def eat here regularly if i was local.

Newly opened vegan, GF friendly restaurant with option of building your own bowl. The menu is really simple and clean. Large food portion and tastes delicious!!The staff is really friendly and the environment is super clean. If you live near by KITS definitely come by trying them out. Will be back soon!Keep it up Gobble

Super yummy!! I get the chicken bowl and it's always delicious. I'll need to try out other things but the chicken bowl is always good I never do!

Great option to pick up a healthy and delicious lunch! Blown away by how good my porketta bowl was - especially the lentils. No sacrificing on flavour here. I had been meaning to try this place for ages and I'm so sad I didn't check it out sooner. Totally exceeded my expectations.

I love how the food tastes, but unfortunately they have got my order wrong both times I've been there. Both times I didn't realize until I got back to my home and didn't have time during my lunch hour to go back.

Food was tasty. I got the keto bowl and was really impressed with the sauces. However, there was barely any meat despite me upgrading it to a large. Good tasting but definitely not worth the $17 price tag for what I got.

Had the large keto dish and it was small and not filling. Very thin strips of meat and cheap greens. Pretty disappointing.

The breakfast here shattered my expectation—insanely good and not expensive at all. This is my new favorite cafe in the area!

They only have 4 or 5 options for bowls yet eveyrone sitting waited around 15/20mins which is long for a takeaway salad/veg bowl. Falafel was worst I have ever tasted and staff were rushed and stressed. Overpriced for a bowl of burnt falafel and salad
