I'm not the biggest Ramen fan, so take this with a grain of Wasabi. I had the spicy Ramen pictured below and I found it to be an adequate meal but nothing extraordinary. If you really like Ramen you will probably enjoy it. But otherwise I don't think it's worth navigating the parking lot for.
We have seen this place many times but didnt go in until today. We had the chasu wrap, chasu ramen and chicken karaage ramen with corn added. The noodles were the perfect consistency, nice chewy yet soft noodles in a delicious tonkatsu broth. The chicken stayed crispy even soaked in the soup. The egg yolk was soft and jamm-y.The chasu wrap was shredded warm grilled chasu with a slightly spicy creamy sauce, topped with deep fried garlic, onions and fresh spring onions with some tobiko on top. All of this layered on a crispy piece of seaweed. A must have from now on!Definitely will be back. And local too!
For the price, what you get and taste - it's absolutely fantastic. I got the Black ramen with Karaage and it was amazing: the Karaage is crispy and flavorful; noodles are just the right consistency and soup is very flavorful and have even crispy garlic included; chasu is extremely soft and melts in your mouth. My friend got the Kara miso and he said it was amazing as well. You definitely have to try this place out!Update: Came here and tried the Red ramen and it's the best spicy ramen I've ever had in Vancouver!
Ordered Black ramen which has garlic flavor and kara miso ramen which is spicy miso. You have the option to choose 2 chasu pork or 2 chicken karage. Noodles are chewy, and broth is flavorful. They have small servings compared to other ramen restaurants. Small place and they follow the covid Protocols
Small place but serve one of the best ramen in vancouver!
Pretty good!Loveeed their black ramen! I felt like the flavours were balance perfectly. The oshi and takoyaki was standard, I probably would pass on that next time.Their lunch combos look worth it (which I’m coming back for next time).Cute little space, not too many seating, but definitely spaced out to accommodate for current social distance requirements.Definitely a must try!
Ramen and Karrage are both awesome. I love their thick pork broth and chewy noodles, very flavorful. The karrage are very juicy, I believe they are chicken thighs. Last thing to mention, their karrage sauce taste like Mayo mix something else which is a bit unique. As for CoVID measure, ID was checked.Food option is not very flexible, no single order tonkatsu available nor meal set after certain hour.Staff are friendly; however mostly in kitchen so I won’t say very attentive. Nonetheless, they are still very responsive if they see a customer looking at their way and provide services.
Small ramen store. Good ramenService was quick and polite. Great for quick dinners. Takeout is very good too
This site is my number one place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. when I feel like having a decent supper, this place comes straightaway to my mind. very good and all sorts of food and a rich cuisine.helpful team, and nice atmosphere. And very important, the charge is affordable. I tell about this place with great pleasure.
Noodles were done right with sufficient springyness but the soup was quite bland. The chashu texture was like spam, separates easily like grounded meat. Not marinated enough either to have any sort of taste. Portion size too small, wasn't full even after one bowl and I'm a small eater.
