For a foodie, souffle pancakes are one of those foods you have to experience, and Fufu does them great. The pancakes are fluffy and each plate has an assortment of textures and flavours. Every bite is different! I really like there estensive beverage menu with coffees, teas, and creative soda flavours. It really adds to the meal.Its a pricier dessert experience but it is fun and filling!The cafe is cute sized ( small) Be conscious if you are headed there during busy hours there may be a bit of a wait.

Otherwise you may not get a seat This cafe completely exceeded my expectations of the quality product! Every single plate of pancakes are presented as amazing IN PERSON as on their Instagram and website. But also every single bite was heaven! The flavour combinations, portions, and taste are all so superb?I will definately come back! And this cafe is certainly worth the trip if you live in Metro Vancouver
I was lucky and we got seats without reservation by the window bar. I would recommend reservation next time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't really know what to expect but my tiramisu souffle pancake looked beautifully assembled and the texture and flavors were delicious. Their summer kiwi and cucumber drink looked great and tasted like real kiwi and cucumber.Also tried the matcha strawberry mochi fresh out of the oven. Very good.I will definitely come again!
The service is great, the place is very cozy and the food is extremely tasty! There’s a bit of wait for the food, but that’s alright, it was really worth it.I got the matcha Mochi pancake soufflé and I really liked how the matcha taste is very strong instead of sweetened. If you like matcha anything, you’ll definitely love this one. The pancake is soft and fluffy its like eating a cloud! Its my first time trying pancake soufflés and I am not disappointed. They have a huge selection of drinks as well. They are all very unique and interesting. I wanted to try all of them. I settled with the mixed berry cheese foam and it was really good. Will definitely try the other drinks next time.I highly recommend this place. I will definitely come again to try their savoury soufflé pancakes menu.

Very cute cafe! The soufflé pancakes are made-to-order and it usually takes 20 minutes to fluff them up but mine came out pretty quick. I ordered the tapioca pearl milk tea soufflé pancake, which is only available on weekdays. It comes with 3 stacked soufflé pancakes, earl grey tea infused whipped cream, tapioca pearls and brown sugar syrup. These soufflé pancakes are SO FLUFFY, similar to the ones I had in Tokyo. The pearls were nice and chewy and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't overly sweet with the brown sugar syrup.When we got there we were given the option to sit at a table with a 1 hour limit or sit on the high top with no limit so it might be a good idea to make a reservation.

delicious fluffy pancakes and good service. savoury options were excellent, though i found the sweet one a bit too sweet for my taste (though I prefer mild sweets so this is probably just personal preference)! good deal for the amount of food you get, highly recommend :)
