Since DoorDash isn’t allowing any ‘non 5 star’ reviews to be posted. I’ll post here. I ordered from this Freshii location through DoorDash and 2 hours later, had to cancel my order as it still wasn’t ready. I’m 10 mins away from this spot. Hire more staff if you can’t prepare a wrap in less then 2 hours

Food was good but one of the employees was so rude to customers. I think the employee was taking break and video chat with someone via her phone. It was very loudly so I asked it to other employee to be quiet but she didn’t stop to speak loudly and then go out of the store.

I order from this location a lot because it’s close to my house, but they need to make some improvements. Compared to other locations, they are a bit stingy with the portions. And once I found a small hair in my food. I let them know and didn’t make a fuss about it but it’s kind of gross. Yesterday I ordered something and they forgot to put one of the ingredients. Was not super happy with my meal. Granted it’s a fast food place but I’ve been to other Freshi’s where the quality of food is much better. So please I want to order from here again but please consider improving your quality & quantity!

The staff here were lovely, the food was great and was ready quickly. They also have free wifi. I really enjoyed it.
