I went during the lunch rush, and I absolutely get that it's the busiest time. But I REALLY wish the restaurant had told me how backed up they were, and just not taken my order. The restaurant was not very busy in-house, but I guess they had a lot of online orders. I would have happily gone somewhere else with less of wait, if I had known.But they didn't tell me, and it wound up taking over an hour for them to get me a bowl of soup. They then gave my meal to the wrong person, and had to remake it. Given than ramen is supposed to be fast food, that was really not good.Once it arrived, it was delicious. I have no complaints on the food quality.But if you're coming here, be sure to ask directly if there's going to be a wait. Or order ahead, way before arriving.
Cool interior in industrial neighborhood, tonkatsu ramen was pretty good, broth was rich (albeit very oily), noodle texture was so so (not chewy enough for my tastes), overall presentation pretty good...glad I triedJapanese ramen chefs in open kitchen concept
Best broth in town. I find that at other places the deeper you get into the bowl, the salty the broth gets. Not here. Husband and I both had thr tonkotsu bowl and he finished the bowl clean lol. Went in on a rainy Saturday and we were the only ones there. We ordered at the counter and the server delivered it to our table. Would definitely go again and try other menu items, they all look so good!
Do not order delivery from here. Last time I ordered ramen and an ebi-fry appetizer. They forgot the ebi-fry. This time I ordered a fried chicken appetizer and my friend ordered chicken curry. They forgot the fried chicken appetizer and my friend's "curry" only came with chicken and rice. They forgot the curry.Tried calling them multiple times, but we only got to their voice mail. Horrible service. Would not order from them again.
Spicy vegan ramen is so delicious and filling. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other vegan dishes.
My favourite place for vegan ramen in town. It’s usually quite quiet for dine-in, very fast and always delicious! The broth of the spicy creamy vegan ramen is beyond delicious and even my non-vegetarian brother loved it!
We've been going here for dins for many months now and it's been awesome each and every time! Have tried a variety of dishes. Food is always so fresh and delicious. Service awesome and safety protocols adhered to. Restaurant is very clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!
Wow! This gem is incredible.Compared to many of other ramen place, I find that ZUBU had the best soup base. They are not too salty and I definitely didn't feel thirsty after consuming my bowl of soup and ramen. So, a thumbs up for these guys.We will definitely visit them again!
We love eating here. Super delicious Ramen and side dishes. Their food we crave and go back often.
