We had two orders for dinner which were delicious however there was only one other table with customers..It was ridiculously expensiveSingapore noodlesChinese broccoli and beefNo drinksOver $70.00Unbelievable

Prices on the dumplings are kinda overpriced if you ask me. It's been like over 3 years since I last visited this place. The settings were somehow smaller and there's less customers eating at that day. Overall, I can probably come back in the next few months or so. But to make things clear, they could at least make the table preparations a lot better.

Floata is an enormous restaurant that sits a thousand. We went for Sunday dimsum. The new normal means there are no loner carts to tempt you to say "yes" to everything in sight. You have to order using a checklist. Some knowledge of Chinese food would be useful but the staff are very helpful and courteous. We made reservations and were seated promptly. The food was outstanding. My favourites from that morning were the Singapore fried noodles, the mushrooms rice roll and the egg tarts. Mind you the rest were delicious too! I would definitely go again especially with good friends.

Went for Dim Sum with my family. We ordered more than 15 items. I had Dim Sum at different restaurants, but the food was the best. Service was great, also. Parking was easy, too.

Great dim sum restaurant. Currently they are doing la carte instead of pushing the carts around meaning the food will be fresh. The food was delicious and service was quick. Make sure to validate your parking for 2 hours by giving your server your license plate number. Also you need to be vaccinated to eat here.

Located in Keefer Place mall in historic Chinatown & up the street from Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese gardens, Floata Seafood Restaurant provides Free parking while you are dining in for Dim sum or Dinner. The food is Traditional Cantonese & moderately priced. One of my Family’s Faves for Dim sum tasty Har gow, Sui mai, Cheng Foon, No mai gai, which translates to Shrimp dumplings, Pork dumplings, Rice noodle wrapped with bbq pork or beef & Sticky Rice. Of coarse there is plenty off lunch items probably about 90 so I’ll only mention the 4 for now. Friendly cozy atmosphere, prompt courteous waiters & waitresses & a large selection of food so it’s no wonder my Families come here. My Families have been coming to Chinatown since 1970 & this is the only Restaurant in Chinatown that we still come too. Did I mention the Free parking? Bon appetite’

We ordered crab, shrimps, chicken fingers and congee. They all tasted very good. The service is very friendly and thoughtful. The only con is that the multiple menus caused some confusion. Overall, best seafood I've ever eaten.

The food is decent, but pretty pricey. As someone who is a picky eater, I was slightly disappointed that some of the dishes I was used to seeing at other dim sum places were not listed on their menu, but other than that, I don't have many complaints about this place. There is one thing that might deter some people from going: watch out for small mice scurrying around! They don't generally come near the tables with people, but stay near the corners and under tables. They're pretty cute, if you aren't afraid of them!

It was ok. Food tasted good but the restaurant ambience was tired and outdated. For the location, expected better.

Definitely some of the best beef chow fun, as advertised!
