I payed for my meal $21 by debit and they force you to tip when you pay debit there is no no tip option so I tipped $5. He forgot my drink so I had to pay for it over again and it forced me to tip again kind of ridiculous......AND they didn't even yell FAT TIP!
For our $40 CAD purchase, we got 3 overly crispy (translate that to barely edible) chicken sandwiches. It was a hard effort to chomp through that mess. When the world hands you a hand grenade, you do your best to soldier on. Smile. Imbibe lots of wine, it is all good from then on. Hey, we learn from life experiences. Chalk this up in the category of "won't do that again." Life is filled with learning experiences. Our advise to you is, take your dollar shopping elsewhere. Maybe Hortons? It is only a few feet away and they had a line of people waiting to place their orders. That should have been enough of a heads-up for us to have rethought our disastrous choice. So, we all move on. The Fatburger (read that to be big "fat" disaster) is located in the food court level of Harbor Center. It is permanently on our "no fly" list for any future visits to Vancouver. Even the onion rings (how can you screw those up?) were only marginal. What a waste of time and calories.
Amazing staffs/friendly and helpful. Ordered the special burger combo with drink. The girl was kinda enough to have the sauces on the side so the burger will not be soggy when i am taking it home. Amazing services, Good burgers! Thank You!
Fantastic staff, the 2 young women who work the till are always fantastic to deal with, very kind and professional. Everything is always great and half of the experience is the excellent staff there up front and on the grill. Thank you very much.
GreT burgers but every single security guard i walked by said hi to me,,NOT greeting me.....o won't be back. Lame. Not fatburfwrsfzult they rock
