This was our first time to Fable, having heard good things from a friend; and, sadly, we were disappointed, in the end. The server was good, and the ambiance comfortable; but, what really lacked in quality was the food, mysteriously. The menu is so precise and limited that I thought they would have aced the outcome - not so! The quality of the farm-to-table produce and meat was completely overshadowed by sodium, so much so that it was unpalatable. Additionally, the size of the portions was not proportional to the cost, given that the flavours were so masked. The same thing could well have been served at a White Spot. Another odd twist was that they didn’t have the wine that we ordered from the menu, offering one of lesser quality instead. Why have it advertised, if you don’t stock it? If I’m asked by others for my opinion, I’ll be forced to say that this is a restaurant that seems to heavily rely on its unique farm-fresh base, without being able to back its reputation with the high quality of other Vancouver restaurants.

Everyones meal was delicious. The server was awesome as well. Would recommend.

Loved the food, will try again next time we're in Kit's.

Ours was a lovely experience from start to finish!

We enjoyed th food at Feast Kitchen. The ingredients weee very fresh and served in a very creative way. The particular highlights included the kale salad, duck and short ribs. I liked the Pilsner on tap. I think a bit more choice would make this place more people , particularly if there was a vegan option. Our server was wonderful.

Service was great. Food was excellent. It is one of the restaurants we must visit every time we visit Vancouver.

Had a great time trying the prohibition brunch with my companions. Service was amazing as per usual I like how they wait until everyone was done their plates before bringing the next course so we did not feel rushed. Would have loved for the cookies to be warmed as well but delightful meal overall and an absolute steal at the price offered.

The duck breast and rosti were excellent. Menu prices quite reasonable, wine prices are on the high side. Our server was wonderful, cheerful, conscientious, caring, there. Desert menu quite limited. On the whole, a great place!

Very disappointing birthday dinner. The fish was really over cooked, even on the second try, yet the veggies were under cooked and the flavours overall were banal. The poor server didn’t know what to do about it but tried her best. There were also very few non-meat items on offer and nothing remotely healthy. Neither of us would go back. Too bad because on a previous visit I did have a lovely (though pricy!) brunch there. I can see why the place was empty.

Don't expect to hear anyone you're with at their brunches. It was so loud, and we were so close to the other tables, we nearly ate without speaking. And then they added music?! Great food and the service is wonderful, but if you want conversation don't go for brunch.
