Edge catered our wedding afterparty and everyone loved the food! The platters were beautifully put together and the quality was amazing! We were suppose to have Edge cater our wedding, however due to venue changes our new venue had their own catering. We were really excited to have them as our caterers since they were incredibly professional, super responsive and the meals sounded delicious! Thank you for being a part of our special day! <3
I ordered cookie decorating boxes for our whole company and Edge Catering really delivered. We had a complicated order for 100 employees who live across the province and the Edge team was able to get them all delivered in time for our holiday party. The Edge team worked with us to create the boxes we desired, including customizations such as adaptations for various allergies, and the addition of a small champagne bottle for each box, and a personal card in each. The boxes were beautifully presented and working with the Edge team was simple and straightforward. Couldn't be happier with the result!
Edge Catering was one of the highlights of our daughter's wedding end of October. The team, lead by Judy and Steven, were so easy to work with, came up with fantastic solutions to a challenging outdoor setting, and served amazing food! Everything was cooked and served to perfection. So glad we made the choice to have Edge as the caterers!
I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Edge Catering. We approached Judy only weeks before a 200+ person fundraiser and she had us covered.She completely understood the vision that we had for the event and made a beautiful menu for us while considering our limited budget. We had lots of changes (things to add) to what we were initially looking to have and Judy was so wonderful to deal with around that. She was super responsive and it felt like she was just as invested in our event as we were.On event day, everything went smoothly and I'm sure that can be attributed to how well Judy runs her team. After several tastings with multiple caterers, Gemma and Chef Jasmin won us over by preparing a highly customized, beautifully plated 4-course dinner that really took into consideration our favourite ingredients and flavours. Gemma was super detailed oriented, making lots of notes during our tasting and taking our ideas and running with them. They created custom his&her cocktails decorated with our favourite symbols and developed a his&her dessert duo when my husband and I couldn't agree on one. The Edge team was super accommodating to menu adjustments & was able to perfectly handle our guest list increase from 50 to 100 a few weeks before the wedding. At the wedding, their teams were so kind and ON TOP OF THEIR GAME - a glass was never empty! I heard many accolades from our guests about the impeccable service as well as the amazing bartending! To date, Chef Jasmin's Tandoori Fried Chicken with Szechuan Gnocchi creation is one of me (Chinese) and my husband's (Indian) favourite things we've eaten. We might just have to call up Edge and ask for a recreation of our wedding meal one day!
