Text book example of terrible customer service .. I walked in the door which was wide open and their sandwhich board sign was still out .. an employee literally chased me out saying they are closing .. the appropriate thing to do would have been to inform me that although it looks open, they are about to close and then allow me to buy the 2 boxes of chocolates I came in for .. but they could not stay open for 2 minutes more to allow me to make a quick purchase and be on my way.. obviously they don't need my business nor do they want it oddly enough... folks there's plenty of small independent businessesin Gastown who appreciate your patronage .. this is not one of them.

I work around the corner and decided to try a new coffee place out today. Very glad I went here as not only the coffee was delicious but so was the price for my coffee. It's also rad that they support East Van and women, and they hire locally while sourcing out from some of the greatest places on the planet.I told them what I normally drink and was asked a couple of more questions, then given my coffee. It was perfect - literally! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I'm glad I went there.Going back tomorrow!
Im not sure what happend. The coffee doesnt taste like what it use to. I'm sad to say but I won't be coming here anymore.Unfortunately that is what happens with alot of places, I finally find somthing I love and enjoy and then some change happens and the quality goes down and corners are being cut. (Maybe due to the pandemic? Or is that just an over used excuse. ?♀️)
The mocha was great thanks to delicious coffee and delicious chocolate.
Just ordered a big batch. We live in Victoria and don't have an EVR, but LOVE their coffee. They were quick to send us our order and a little thank you card to go along with it. Bring EVR here so more people can enjoy!
Was not happy with the way the person spoke to me. I was asking questions about roasting and they were simply rude to me. Yeah I get you’re a pretentious hipster but really? Talk to your customers with more respect. Also, what is with the hours? What kind of a cafe opens at noon??
I'm so happy this place is open, this is my all time favorite coffee place in all of Vancouver by far!The flavour is so good! The price is very good aswell. They always make such an excellent cup of coffee! The staff are super friendly and are open to a good conversation.They are an incredible bussiness! Hopefully I will try the chocolate soon!
