It was great food and service, we got a booth table with comfy chairs and good lighting, but I found the music way too loud.

Our server was not very attentive. Took forever to get our drinks and then to place our food order. Waited 45 mins for our food. The manager came by to see if everything was alright. We told her that we have been waiting 45 mins now and she promptly went to go check in kitchen. Our food came out right away and it was clearly sitting in the pass for like 15 mins. It was lukewarm and the food was meh.

An enjoyable experience. Friendly helpful service. Nice ambiance.

Service was a bit slow...otherwise not too bad. The new item on menu, Sea Flood platter was good as advertised.

Excellent service and food!

Food was really nice. Service was excellent. Ambiance is good and it seems that they have given some thought to it. Outdoor seating are a huge plus. Easily accessible by public transport. Parking are spots available on the nearby streets. Overall it was great experience.

Kinda pricey, food is delicious, service was okay, ambiance was nice, kind of loud.

The food and drinks was good but the service was very poor. It took the server 30min after we sat down to take our order and then another 45min to get the bill after we finished eating. We had to flag down the servers assistant to request to order our food. We were aiming to eat there in under an hour but ended up staying there almost 2 hours. Our server was no where be found most of the time and we spent majority of the time there waiting for the server. Very disappointed and unimpressed with the service at this location.

Went for happy hour for the poke bowl. Our favourite dish there.

This Earl's location has gone downhill. We have frequented this restaurant regularly for several years. Indoor seating became so loud (due to the music volume and everyone having to talk/scream above the music) that we sat outdoors when we could. Unfortunately, the patio seating cushions have become filthy and are in dire need of cleaning/wiping. Sadly, recently, the food quality has gone downhill... so this week we have made plans to go elsewhere; and don't know when we'll be ready to go back again.
