AWESOME food....authentic, fresh! Worth the extra drive to find. The lamb donair is fantastic. We will return here as many times as possible!
Got a chicken plate. Both chicken and rice taste plain. Chicken literally tastes like boiled chicken. Rise could use both salt and spices. Ate 15% of the dish at most and tossed it in the garbage. I wouldn't even feed that place's food to a homeless person?P.S. Staff acts like you came in to eat but you owe them money and haven't repaid in years. I'm surprised there are still places like this around Vancouver. This should be somewhere in Prince George or Edmonton. I wouldn't eat here for a 500$ payment.
Terrible food. Tasted stale within 15 minutes of packing from them. This place was really good when we tried in 2019. Definitely not good anymore.
I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be good or at least consistently fine. Now the wraps taste like nothing, no seasoning (basic salt), the sauces didn't taste like anything at all. It's almost weird that it tastes so bland. Oh, they have also stopped using pickles (it's taped over on the sign).
I have been there a few times and the donair is ok .. not my fav but also not the worst in town .. its close o where i live so i might visit again if i really crave donairs
Fair price, not much flavour but meh it’s ok, but AWFUL customer service, the employee looks like he wants you to buy anywhere else but there, I asked him to heat the donair so it can be heated twice while my friends order his and said “I’ll do it later”, it ended up my friends leaving the place without buying anything, I almost leave the donair there and leave the place not paying it but I just feel bad doing it so I paid and took it
Unprofessional staff whom doesn’t add what asked for like being so greedy and cheap. Your falafel gets heated. No fresh food ‘
Richmond Lansdowne Mall Donair really disappointed. Small container and charges the same price. Bad customer service.
The platter was a waste of money. Small portions and the hot sauce seemed like it was tomato sauce or maybe salsa. It was a sad disappointing meal.....
At least the sauces were good ?Dry meat sitting in a subway style heater tray all day. I ordered the lamb wrap and the person behind me ordered beef... But the server took the meat from the same tray for both?? Wth.To make the eating experience less pleasurable, he also left my wrap on the press for a reeaaaally long time while he tried to make everyone else's order. This caused it to fuse with the wrapper. Ugh.
