I had a amazing lunch with my business partner yesterday at the Do Chay Vietnamese restaurant on Kingsway , they been in business since the 2019 , not a big place , may be 30 seats , family run , clean , menu is truly different them any Vietnamese restaurants in midland , they offer street food , noodles and rice only in vegetarian style , also gluten free dishes , very interesting creative concept 100 % Vegetarian , NO MEAT dishes on the menu ! with my semi retirement and very successful with my 7 restaurants and also a finance hospitality consultants , I ate out a lot , so I am fussy and know what I talking about when it comes to a great concept , very surprised their Vegetarian Pho is excellent broth , very flavourful , the Uncle Hing's Chicken wing incredible taste and creative , must order , but a personal preference, they use little too much Fish Sauces and the MSG , but over all , very nice interesting dinning experience if you are a Meat Junkie like me , I do enjoyed the lunch , no problem coming back if I am in the area , and wonderful service (OWNER ? ) not pricy at all , it is great restaurant for Vegetarian or meat junkie ! try it out !

Very tasty vegetarian food. Ordered the eggplant with rice and the satay mushroom noodle soup. The eggplant was perfectly cooked: skin is chewy and savoury. The soup was full of flavour. Monsoon rolls are an excellent appetizer! The sauce is fruity and savoury— highly recommended.

This is one of the most impressive vegitarian restaurants I have eaten at. The food is served in an authentic Vietnamese way. It was flavorful and filling. Service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this choice for anyone wanting a delicious meal. Five stars plus on this one.

Had a wonderful time here. Food is top notch. The lettuce wraps, the springs rolls and the rice cakes were all solid dishes. Fantastic flavours and excellent presentation. Service was great as well. Will definitely be back.

I came here to have lunch with a friend and it sure was a popular place! We ordered the springs rolls to start and they were delicious!I also ordered the Sweet and Spicy Bowl and it was very filling; I really enjoyed the tempura battered veggies. The service here was great and the atmosphere was nice - I will definitely return again!

I had takeout from here with my friends and it was still very fresh and the food was still warm!Highly recommend the hing’s wings and their vermicelli and the spring rolls.Edit: I visited their restaurant in person and also love their other food. The spring rolls were even better because they were fresh and we also had the papaya salad and noodles.

I really liked the food there. Papaya salad was a bit spicy but it's refreshing. The sauce and ingredients in the noodle matched well. As for curry, it was better than I expected, I thought it'd be just a regular curry but the spice in there made it very delicious. I'm just a ok with the salad roll as there are too much herbs in it that covered up the other taste. But overall the experience was great, would definitely suggest to friends and would return to try out other dishes.

It’s a personal preference thing but everything is on the sweet side, which I’m not a fan of. I’ve been to Hanoi and love spicy food, in my opinion the dishes here are definitely more accustomed to North American palate. Both noodle dishes are lacking spiciness. Interior decor is cool tho, love the cozy vibe.

I'm not a vegan but enjoyed my meal here a lot. I ordered the pho and it is definitely not the same as a traditional pho, but ingredients were fresh and good quality with huge portions. It was still delicious in its own way considering no animal products were used - just a lot milder tasting. I would go back.

Awesome vegan food done right. Every dish was flavoured perfectly to enhance the quality of the ingredients. You also don’t feel too heavy afterwards!
