I love ding tea! I saw that this place had a "top 10 BBT" award in 2018, so we dropped by on the way to spanish banks. The price was ridiculous cheap, but we realized that everything was from syrup. You get what you pay for lol. But my family rarely sees such BBT places like this nowadays.Reminds me of the older BBT shops that were around 15~ years ago. The staff were very polite (and speaking Vietnamese ?) and the interior was beautiful. There were dart boards in the back too. They had exotic flavors and toppings like green apple / mango stars too. If I'm in the area I will defs come back.

Ordered on Uber. Picked up in person. Had to wait for my order but friendly service. Buy one get one is a good deal however the tea flavoured drinks are quite bland. You can barely taste the tea.

I don’t post unless it’s to get a complimentary dessert or in extremely rare cases (like this one) amazing service. I regularly study here for hours and the owner (employee?) was very kind and even gave a delivery person a free drink. Delicious bubble tea as well!

Friday special Matcha with red bean for $3.99. really good deal and it taste good too.

Great little bubble tea shop in the neighborhood.Nice spacious area to dine in, quick and friendly staff.Flavours seem pretty standard, good spot for a bubble tea fix ?

Service slow! Arrived at the store on time to pick up my order but still had to wait another 23 minutes for my 2 cups of bubble tea to be ready! The drink is average. There's only one barista. He did those Food Delivery Service orders prior my order even I was far ahead those two delivery guys! Likely, will not visit again.

Love their Hokkaido coffee drink either in got or cold! Gives off a nice aromatic smell! They have a rewards and you get free drink on your birthday! Thy also have daily deals and buy 1 get 2 free through Uber. Averaged priced with other bbt chains!

Decent bubble tea for decent price I forgot to take photos of my drink and those my friends got, but we enjoyed the interior and hang out space quite a bit. There's 2 darts stations, but Covid so we didn't consider it. ? Other than that, there's plenty of distancing and space to host about 8-10 customers.Definately worth a try if you're in the area and wanna support individual shops instead of chains!

I was told this is supposed to be one of the best bubble teas in Vancouver. I happened to be driving through the neighborhood and ordered green tea with pearls, no milk, 30% sugar, less ice. I know, boring. The tea is definitely a lighter more delicate brew and the pearls were soft. For me, it was a little bland overall compared to other places plus I prefer dark pearls. Maybe I need to try one of their fancier drinks. I was also a little paranoid about my cup rolling all over the place ?.

Tried their Kiwi Aloe Vera Juice and Bubble Milk Tea. Both were not bad. I ordered mine with Golden pearls and they were nice and chewy. There weren’t any people when we went so it’s a nice quiet place to go to. We didn’t get to try playing but they also had a darts game area there if you’re interested.
