Taste was actually pretty good for Shanghai cuisine, service was also okay, but price was on the expensive side. I especially enjoyed their spicy boiled beef, but it had too much bok choy and not enough meat. My friends and I ate on a cold, rainy day so the vibes made an impression. Might visit again ;)

Great food and authentic atmosphere. Our daughter tried soup dumplings for the first time and has not stopped talking about them since!

First time trying soup dumplings... delicious!! I visited Dinesty twice on my trip to Vancouver and food was hot and tasty both times. Although service was pretty slow, it was expected as there are staffing shortages as a result of the pandemic and because it was very busy. Location is ample and tons of seating for downtown Vancouver. I would not recommend the other dim sum but would definitely order 2-3 orders of the pork soup dumplings!

This restaurant is modern, clean and delicious. You can watch the dumplings being made and watch the kitchen - kind of neat. I came specifically for the soup dumplings. Excellent.

Went in here after seeing the long queues and if it’s called ‘dumpling’ house then I gotta try it I thought. Xiao Long Bao in East Asia are absolutely amazing. Singularly Moist. Deliciously fluffy. However, this place was a massive let down. The soup was ok but meat was far from meeting expectations. I also got spare ribs with rice. These were also ok. Massive expectations but mediocre food. It’s not bad but it just misses the spot! especially with all the build up with the lines and being called a dumpling house!

Great dim sum within walking distance of Canada Place and the Vancouver Convention Center! They even have a robot that delivers hot dishes straight to your table. Solid choice for great Chinese food without having to schlep all the way over to Richmond. I'd highly recommend making reservations if you can, since the lines can get very long.

Almost all foods tasted great. The portion of mapa tofu was huge, so it was more than enough for 2 people. And fried rice was also delicious. It was not too salty. And shrimp with peanut was super tasty. I will order this one next time as well. The taste of peanut was really nutty. And it was harmonious with other Chinese cuisines. Chicken with peanut was okay. I did not feel like to eat chicken on that day. Soup dumpling and fried dumpling were average. The fried noodle was great it was almost gone before other foods were finished. It was that much good. I will be back for sure.

Great atmosphere and food. Fast service and kind staff make for a great experience. ?WARNING? Do not order beef noodle soup.

We had the shrimp and pork soup dumplings (xiao long bao) and they were delicious! Excellent service and nice complimentary bottomless tea ? would love to come back for a bigger meal another time.

Tried their dumplings for the first time. Their Xian long bao are very flavorful and comparable to Din Tai Fung.Flaky scallion pancake was super delicious but VERY oily omg.Their vegetable & egg dumplings and toon buns were tasty too tho quite garlicky.Overall a very nice experience!
