Stumbled upon this place while wandering around. Really cool menu. Lots of neat things I've never heard of. The food was excellent. I had some wild pacific salmon in my breakfast because hey when in Vancouver why not? The food was amazing thank you so much. The staff was a little hard to get their attention. Maybe they are a little short staffed.

Not sure why this restaurant isn't rated higher. We had a good experience. We were seated quickly. Every item we ordered - classic pancake, ham benedict, french toast - was delicious. The pancake was especially yummy.

Excellent customer service. Each person we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. We had a few questions about the menu and appreciated the assistance. The food was fresh and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We highly recommend this for a breakfast restaurant and will be back again.

Fabulous location. You're definitely paying for the gorgeous view. The breakfast bowl was hearty and well presented, but too much potato as filler. Adding some veggies/greens to the bowl would have made it better. Service was good. Restaurant was quiet when we arrived after 11a.m. on a weekday; therefore no problem with social distancing in the restaurant. Pricy for what you get, but again, the beautiful location is what you're paying for.

Lovely place. Great view and food

Love the place! Staffs are too supportive and I'm their loyal one in last 3 years. Just a quick suggestion, as the breakfast options these days in Vancouver , De dutch needs to do some small customization in specific parts like bread size, coffee's quality and jam package that before Covid was always on the table.Although even without these changes, I'm still your loyal one ?? ?

Not too many Dutch restaurants around so had to investigate. We were seated quickly for brunch at a window overlooking the harbour where seaplanes were landing. We split an order of croquettes which were good. I had the Dutch pancakes with apple, onions and bacon. Wife had the Amsterdam eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce. Service was excellent and everything was very good, including the coffee.

My wife and I ordered two dishes, the bacon and ham omelette and an egg benny. Service was great, i was actually very impressed with our server handling so many tables on her own with such a warm and friendly smile. My only disappointment though was the food wasn't hot when it was served, but given the lack of staff i can totally understand why.

A nice waterfront location for a very good breakfast. They specialize in Pannekoek, which are enormous pancakes. They also have many other breakfast dishes. My wife enjoyed banana/walnut pancakes and I had chorizo and eggs. In Colorado chorizo is rather hot ground sausage mixed with scrambled eggs. In Vancouver it's sliced and not spicy. Still, excellent service from Sophie. C$55.15 with tip.
