Is the first time that I don't understand a fast food menu. The desserts only have weird names and it is impossible to know what they are. Because of that, I decided to try a vanilla milkshake. It was the worst vanilla milkshake ever. I give 0 stars (if that was possible). Maybe, or maybe not, I'll came back with native that can help me to understand the indecipherable menu.
Been here a couple times this week. Same experience both times. Large sign blocking the line up so all customers are confused who’s ordered and who hasn’t. Food takes 20 minutes. Staff using their personal phones. The worst part is the customers all look disappointed. Someone from head office should check this place out. A few tweaks and it could be a great Dairy Queen.
Used to come here a lot but it has gone downhill. Went in today, and the signs were confusing and everyone was lined up on the wrong side. An older, not very gentlemanly man came in and jumped the queue. When I asked the man behind the counter about the line, he just directed us to the other side and helped the line jumper anyway. When my kid got his blizzard, it was very poorly mixed. All the ingredients were on top and it was only ice cream on the bottom. This DQ just doesn’t seem to care.
The service is very best. The night leader kuldeep is working very well and is very soft spoken and overall the service is fast and excellent. I really liked to visit in store during night.
Got a mini blizzard and burger got my blizzard, burger never came after 20 mins just walked out completely disorganized I’m furious.
It's Dairy Queen...the kids are always going to want to go and love the sugary desserts. But this DQ location is not clean, is poorly run, and even the desserts are substandard. The Blizzards are way too liquidy, and even the chocolate on the dipped cone is paper thin and poorly applied. The tables are always dirty. The floor always has garbage on it. God help you if you need to use the washroom. It is the filthiest I have ever seen at a restaurant.
This location is open late but what a disappointment, when you head there for a snack in the middle of the night to find that 5he won’t honour the coupons they send out in the Mail. The excuse is that there equipment is out of date to be able to scan the QR code. Saddest is the people who work there suggest the Surrey locations since they have updated tills. Guessing the owner must be quite the idiot if this is how he trains his staff. Maybe next time I’ll drive to Seattle for an ice cream, beets buying anything in Surrey.
Good late night place for a sweet treat like a strawberry sundae, ice cream or blizzard. Peanuts sprinkled on top is a nice bonus. Cheese burgers are ok, not incredible, but will fill the munchies-hole at 2 am as needed. On-site parking is very helpful. One of the very few fast food places open late in Kits.
Just a poorly made burger, obviously thrown together by someone who has a manager that doesn't care. Bun absurdly cold while rest of burger warm. Paid for extra ketchup which I did not receive. Some of the fries were wet, which is both gross and strange. Tomato was so gross I took it my burger. Somehow underripe AND soggy.Won't be my last time here yet, as this Is one experience but if this is regular service it's an avoid for sure.
