The first time I went to this store, I waited at the window for a long time and no one answered. The female clerk, maybe the boss? Very impolite.
This is the best DQ in Vancouver, without a doubt. I wish I knew the woman's name who is usually there at night but she is amazing! Friendly and fast. Our blizzards are always LOADED with goodies. Consistent perfection every single time. My boyfriend and I started coming here when we lived by the King Edward station and would go here even though it's out of the way. Now we live a lot closer and can't wait to come even more.

I always do my best to leave good reviews, but I absolutely cannot leave a good review for this DQ location. I have visited this location many times and there has always been issues with my order. Myself and my boyfriend usually order blizzards, and we've always had issues with underfilling or it not being made correctly.Today when we went there was a huge hole in the middle of my boyfriend's ice cream. The picture isn't clear because of the lighting but it went all the way down to the bottom of the cup - this wasn't a hole made by the spoon, as the spoon was too small to fit in this giant hole. We went back and asked if it could be refilled just a bit, we were given the response that 'that's just how the machine makes it'. All we would've liked was the ice cream that we paid for, rather than an underfilled cup. It seems like it was made in a complete hurry and without consideration.I gave two stars because this location does seem to have great cleanliness which is a huge plus. I'll update my review in the future if the situation with underfilling ice cream improves / continues.
I love DQ but for some reason I’ve met the most unwelcoming staff/owner (lady) at Dunbar. I love a late night blizzard but I dread Dunbar location. She seems so irritable and always in a hurry.Compared to other locations I have received the worse customer service, soft(almost runny) blizzard and lesser milkshake quantity.
I don't get Dairy Queen often, but when I do, I come here. Always generous and consistent portions, friendly service. Top notch.
