I was somewhat disappointed. I ordered I banana split and the ice cream was so soft that it didn't look appetizing. They ran out of chocolate and the banana, cut in two was layered right on top... this was not a satisfying experience.
What ice cream place is only open until 6. Gross inside, as usual. They don't have any of the featured dairy queen products, and the inside feels crammed. Their manager before was horrible and was always rude. I would never eat here again. Save yourself from this bad experience and go to the one on Dunbar, they are 100 times better.
Ice machine is constantly broken. Stood in line again only to be told that they can't make any drinks. A sign would have been nice. Past three times I've visited I walked out empty handed. Maybe they should stick to Dairy Queen and leave Oragnge Julius behind. This way they can stop disappointing me again.
They don't take coupons at this location :( Also forgot to make my order and served someone who came in after me while I was just stood waiting. They apologized but kind of disappointing.

2 years ago, this Kerrisdale DQ location said they were going to allow customers to scan for points but never implemented this feature.More recently, they do not allow any coupons that *they mail out to my door* OR mobile coupons to be used in store.Hopefully this business dies and leaves Kerrisdale, with something better replacing it. I surely won't support this anti-consumer business model.
Don’t buy from here.They don’t take any coupons or scan points.Asked why but didnt really answer??Please dont show this store on the DQ app when they dont do online order or not taking any coupons.It used to be a good store but not anymore with the new owner.
