Amazing experience at Cuchillo last night with a few friends. We had to push our reso by half hour and they accommodated us with ease. Our server was very attentive and fun. Food was incredibly delicious. Can’t wait to come back!
My husband and I visited here on holidays as it was highly recommended to us by his brother who lives in Vancouver. It did not disappoint. Really high quality food with lovely cocktails. Get the scallops!
Hidden gem! Fantastic margaritas, unique and delicious food. We didn't have a reservation but were able to sit at the bar with the friendly and helpful bartenders.The guacamole and chips was some of the best guacamole I've ever had - it had just a splash of salsa verde on top.The scotch egg was wrapped with green chorizo and was like nothing I've ever eaten before. We cleaned off the plate, down to the grilled scallions and pickled onions and jalapenos. It was very filling for two people.The skirt steak tacos were cooked to perfection with a sweet jam to top it off for a wonderful balance of savory and sweet. Even the tortillas tasted homemade.The pork taco was also very unique, but it was a bit too salty.All in all, I would definitely come again. Street parking was easy and cheap.
Lovely experience here at Cuchillo. The vibe is fun; we sat by the bar, and the bartender was funny and a great conversation.Food was yummm. The grilled angus skirt taco was the best steak tacos I've ever had. Also highly recommend the queso saganaki taco. The pork belly confit is good but heavy so make sure you're ready for it!
I enjoyed this restaurant so much. Excellent food, nice atmosphere, friendly staffs and great cocktails.The pork belly was so tasty. It had so many layers of flavours, it was crispy, spicy and the sauce was well balanced with the oily pork fat. It was amazing.I loved the chilies as well. It goes so well with the beer!Love love this place. I will definitely go back
We came here for the first time through the Vancouver dine out experience. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. The chip and guacamole were so good and fresh. The salmon, beef, lamb, and everything else were great as well. It's definitely a place I will come back to and keep coming back to.
Delicious food and great service. We enjoyed the ambiance and look forward to being back. The portions of the appetizers were larger than expected.
The hostess and well as well as the bartender here were great! We had a lovely time, sampling their appetizers and cocktails, none of which disappointed.
Was here twice in one week! I am discerning about good, healthy, creative and ethnic food. Was so impressed I came back with my daughter after trying it with a friend. Very nice ? highly recommend
