It appears to be a nice restaurant situated in a characteristic building, which adds to the welcoming ambiance for a pleasant dining experience. The courteous and professional service of the staffs left us a good impression. And of course the food items are delicious.
Attended with a large group. Two servers; one was generally okay, the other was very, very slow. Food offering is 'new wave'; odd mix of sides and ingredients. The meals were prepared well but very average. Trying to leave was a huge issue: over 20 minutes to get the bill and to pay, even though I was standing outside of the room and then at the bar. Very, very slow server finally gave me my bill, stated that a service charge had been added to the bill (20% for what?) and then walked away, then walked past me multiple times. When finally flagged her down (again) was informed that her coworker was taking the payments; would really have been nice if you had told us, we are the customers, we don't understand what your system is or whom is doing what unless you inform us. Not likely to go back again.
Fabulous place to eat and people watch. So many food choices from so many cultures. Excellent local and service was very efficient.
Had a really nice meal during the summer fireworks. Was really busy but the booking system worked well (we queues and they texted once a table was ready). Service was good even though really busy. Food and beer great especially the tuna rice salad.
I don't think we were lucky. We made a reservation for the Father's Day breakfast where there would be a buffet where people served themselves and drinks would be served on the table. Our table was on the opposite side of the buffet, which forced us to cross the whole place with the dishes in hand. The cutlery was provided about 10 minutes after we were sitting and with the dishes served. But the worst thing was that the coffee ran out and it took more than 35 minutes to be served.However, the place is wonderful, the atmosphere is great, it has a wide variety of dishes and beer, but the service and organization left much to be desired so I do not recommend the breakfast.
Called in for a drink + stayed for several! A super fab venue - decked out really well + a really great vibe. Staff are super friendly - our waiter Andy was awesome! Huge variety of beers + allowed us to sample a few we were thinking of ordering which was helpful. Also a really good menu and giant tremendous nachos + daily deals on food - $15 for a pizza on Mon + great quality. Would definitely put Craft as a place to call by for food and drink if you’re in Vancouver!
Wonderful local beer, great selection!Pro tip - they have several cans that they will sell you quickly to take to the beach. What sunset is not better with a craft beer in-hand?If you know what you like, they're sure to have a wonderful selection of that. Even better, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the large variety they serve. Ask for a suggestion, and I'm sure you'll find something new that you'll love!
I went here for a retirement party on a Friday night. We were treated really well and one of the servers stood out among them all. Nicole was professional, friendly, and organized. Even though some of the other servers looked stressed- Nicole maintain a positive and happy attitude. She was absolutely lovely.A few things I wanted to mention about the establishment: they mindfully put our large party upstairs.. this allowed us to be out of the way but also keep us together. They also let us put flower arrangements on our tables as our centerpieces.
Four of us booked in for lunch. We chose to sit at the end where there is a sort of conservatory with plenty of natural light. What a menu! The first challenge is deciding what you want to drink – the taster selection is a way of trying 6 different beers in smaller quantities and even better can be shared just in case! As it turned out not all the choices were to everyone’s taste but between us we enjoyed all of them. There is a good menu with a range of cuisines. We all ordered something different and everybody was happy. Service was good even though it was getting busy. They cleary have the skills to look after a lot of customers.
Great beer selection and food. I've been here multiple times and each time they were good trying to accomodate us. It's always busy, so I suggest booking a table or going during the off times. Nice atmosphere, service is ok. The servers try their best, they have a lot of tables to look after for each person, with quite a bit of travel distance to and from the kitchen. Overall, it has always been enjoyable.
