I’m all for supporting local business but I got the cold chai latte which was the special on the sign outside.. It probably had more cinnamon then latte in it. It was like drinking straight out of the spice cinnamon container as well it was lukewarm with the ice watering it down immediately. Definitely not worth the money when you could go two doors down to Starbucks.

Best coffee in Downtown, but only if Mike is workingunfortunately the female barista serves over extracted & scalding espresso ? so go elsewhere if she is onCoo Coo serves strong Italian style roast which is hard to find here on the west coast, with lighter roasts being predominant. I usually order an americano w/ cream, but as you can see there are quite a few options

Every time I come to Vancouver, I visit this spot. You can tell the owners really care about their customers by the way they treat everyone and by the way they make their drinks. They are so sweet and quite skilled at making good quality coffee. You can find unique drinks here where you can't anywhere else - like Tumeric Latte, Pink Chai Latte, and Bullet Coffees. AND THEIR HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES ARE TO DIE FOR. The sea salt sprinkled on top really adds to it. I 100% recommend having that with a cortado while sitting outside on their patio. Chef's kiss combo.

As one of my local neighborhood coffee shops, I like to support this business. Although the Latte is good, the baked choices are minimal and not that appealing. Customer service could use improvement as well. Staff aren't very friendly, rarely smile and do not seem to care whether you come in or not. They need to step it up.

Coffee tasted pretty good! Oat milk latte was tasty. Service was decent. Snack choices were limited and no vegan options, I got a loaf and it was watery and tasted frozen and considering this the snacks were overpriced in my opinion.

This will be my first and the last visit ever. I was here on Monday afternoon to get some caffeine fix. Staff didn't say hello or even smile when I entered the store. I browsed a bit until decided to get Americano. I clearly mentioned 12 oz Americano it was less than 12 oz. Staff only poured 2/3 of the cup. Not only it was bitter I thought it was a waste of my money. I've never got treated like this. Most places fill coffee up or little under the rims. Are you kidding me, Coo Coo? Besides Americano was so damn bitter I didn't like it at all. Pandemic is tough on everyone, but staff can improve on professionalism to be more friendly.

Amazing strong coffee and pink Chai tea

Cappuccino was amazing. The Pink chai latte was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The breakfast chrizo wrap was amazing. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. Service was quick and enjoyable. Would recommend this place for their tasty coffee and cheap breakfast wraps.

I tried this cafe after several people recommended it to me. Some of the best coffee I’ve had, don’t bother with the boring national places like Timmies, this is much better. The coffee is full of flavour and they have lots of food items as well.

Nice and cozy place. I liked my oatmeal latte!
