Chain bubble tea place. No difference than any other Coco. It being in Vancouver, it has the 25cents cup fee, as well as a paper bag fee of 15cents. They have a good selection of diff tea based drinks as well as fresh fruits drinks. They have exotic fruits like red dragon fruits if you are feeling adventurous. They have this QQ balls that's basically taro and yam based tapioca balls that's is different than other bbt places. Personally I prefer those over regular pearls

I bought a drink that adding Pearl, while the cashier made the price wrong (price of pearl should be 0.6 as shown on menu while the receipt showed 1.2). I asked him to change it, but he refused to do so. I think I would not visit coco in kingsway again

It’s like any other bbt place, but the staff are pretty cold here. I’ve been in lines where the staff just look at customers in front of me in silence, and the only interaction they get is the employee asking how they’re going to pay. Also, they’re charging the extra $0.25 without the choice of using your own cups, even though that money is kept by the business and not some tax.The drinks are not as good as what the hype is making it out to be, unless you really want to try their honey jelly.

Terrible service!!This isnt the first time I experienced but there were so many times when u call and no employees picked up. But since my house is near, i always came like 3mins and realized the store is empty.Im wondering if the employees are lazy and they dont pick up the phone on purpose? I know they dont get lots of tip and the wage is low but this is not good for the business.Called like 10 times and no one picked up, they dont even accept my online order and just let it pending. Very bad service. I hope the owner looks into this issue because it happens regularly.

I am not a tea lover but I love their bubble tea. I will recommend you guys to try. As I know, Coco is a famous tea shop from Taiwan.

I used to live close by and would often go there whenever I craved milk tea. Service was excellent before, but now I feel there service is pretty much non-existent. I feel that service is not a value of theirs anymore. I don't get greeted or thanked whenever I come in store. Today, was even another disappointing experience. They open at 11:30am and I called 5 minutes after to place an order. After calling twice with no answer, I decided to place an order online through their website around 11:38am. I understand that they just opened and need time to start, but my order wasn't even confirmed for 20 minutes. I called multiple times with no luck, to try to cancel my order as there was no cancelation button online. My dad decided to just go to the place as we are not sure if we can get our refund. They were confused about an order being placed until I told them I placed an order online through their website. Finally the website showed from 'pending' to ' preparing'.TLDR: DON'T order through their website unless you want troubles with your order.

Great staff dealt with me and my stupid friends. We were a little obnoxious while waiting and they didn't mind us at all. A great place to grab a drink while bantering with the homies.

Went here on Jan 16th Girl at front counter was insanely rude and would hardly even communicate. Was also the longest I’ve ever seen a place take to make a drink. I waited 24 minutes and people who ordered after me got theirs before me. There was only two people waiting for drinks before me as well. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a bubble tea place and I’ve been to hundreds

Very good bubble tea and good quality. Not like any of that cheap and tasteless bubble tea. A great place with great taste. ?

There are four staffs in the store on Dec 26, I would like to order one drink which can not add any toppings or adjust sugar level. I totally understand this is the rule so I ask if they could allow me to pay for extra topping and put it aside in an empty bottle. They stared at each other and refused to do so, said that they don’t have such rule. Every other store for example like Xingfu Tang/ happy lemon/ bengong’s tea can do it, how come coco can’t help customer to put topping in an empty bottle? It makes me feel they are too lazy to do so. No respect for work… Four staffs are chatting with each other and providing unprofessional service to guests, I am a coco fan but I don’t recommend this location.
